Your point of view sounds like fiting on chaos or epic. Don't worry about losing a few of hours to test which part of the game you like. If you want to stay on pve server then I think you should change your point of view. It would be bad taste and bad reputation if you wandering around taking everything that people left unguarded. Looting from ruins is not frowned upon but say someone have to left a pile of planks on ground as he/she have to fight a mob and then you come to take it... or you take some logs that was temporarily left there by new players that don't even have a house... or leading some horses away when fence bug happens and though no one knows? we would call you a jerk and soon you will feel like playing on single player wurm.

good idea but I think this topic is better on the new players forum than celebration. These kind of things can be done in any server imo. Also adding a possible source of revenue: delivery service. Many people turns down a deal because they have to pick up on faraway land. These could took hours or even a day to deliver and go back to your place but a single delivery service might give you 1-2s depends on range and generousity of the buyer/seller. If it short distance it might worth less but it will took less of your time. This also good to know lands around your server, where to hunt certain mobs, met more people on local, or even scavenge the ruins. The downside is unless you get horse that at least can run 20kmph on straight road and decent armor, it might be a suicide run if the place is too far.

a few items like keel section can be wrapped as gift. While anyone can pick the gift only you and whoever you give it to can open it. Wrapped items can be put in most containers except bsb and fsb as far as I know. When I build my boat I put the items on large cart.

I dont know how pristine looks like by now but most time you need to travel further to find a land. Two to four hours walk is common...

Thanks for the great time! It is shame that the lag caused by the new updates means many people reluctant to come but I have great time! 25 leatherworking from 0, 21 masonry from 7, 40 carpentry from 35, 13 meditating from 5, full alignment, and 50 70ql tools, a few enchanted tools so if I decide to try some new skillsets I have good tools for them . The dond was fun and people are nice to talk with, met many people whom I only know from the freedom chat so that is great. Thanks Willow, thanks caretakers of impalong, thanks everyone that coming!
