  1. In case anyone is bored, you are welcome to try out our Architects Building Tool Here

This tool is still in development, of course, so keep trying it out every few weeks and you will be presented with new options, housing styles and more to play with!

You select a floor plan from the top panel and select Build on the far right. Once the house has been planted, you can select which of the floors you wish to edit or customize and use the middle mouse button to scroll in and out and move the camera.

Desert Lands housing models should be added in about a week or so.

Our combat and spell system has been completed as well which is a dynamic system that will enable even newbies like myself to add new skills and spells to the game without knowing how to program. haha Should be some interesting demo videos released in a couple of weeks.

I know I don't have many fans here due to the fiasco during the KS campaign, but I know several Greed Monger fans really enjoy Wurm and discuss the game on our forums so I'm reminded of the community here. I figure one or two of you may actually have an interest in the game, so, here you go.

    Be well.

  2. Thank you Brash, that is appreciated.

As for Pikko server, rather than saying UPikko whenever we reference it, we just call it Pikko Server for short.

Look, the Kickstarter is over, what's done is done. I've not handled some of the things that have gone on as well as I should have. I'm new to this whole being attacked at random thing which, having been part of MMO's for so many years you'd think I'd be familiar with it, I've just never taken part of any of it.

I do hate the fact that so much speculation and assumptions have been made on my character or motives because so many of them couldn't be further from the truth, however, you are all entitled to what you'd like to believe and I respect that. Attacking me at every turn however is harrassment and I ask that it stops. I am a gamer and am passioniate about MMORPG's. The Kickstarter Campaign wasn't a farce, or a scam. I have the money already. I'm looking into new technologies to adop to make the game better each day and my development team is working very hard on the various systems and mechanics. All I ask, sincerely, is that you all place your judgements on the game itself and not what my past experiences were or how you feel I shouldn't be able to develop a game simply because I never have. That's like someone with no kids telling another that they will be a terrible father simply because they have never had children before either. It doesnt make sense on any level.

I do sincerely apologize for allowing my anger to some of the accusations get the best of me. I'm human and though I am the lead designer, I'm not a corporate executuve with millions of dollars in a development budget. I'm a gamer with the means and the passion to put forth the effort in developing a game I'm sure many of you will enjoy when it's done. We will experience many ups and downs. We just figured out a great way to imlement caves in Unity which we didn't think we could do before!

I don't like not liking people, especially an entire community. I typically get along well with just about anyone. I'm a straight shooter and I work hard. Hopefully, in time I will be able to show you all something you obviously don't think is possible and maybe, over time, we will learn to get along. I genuinely want to engage the community with your thoughts and ideas to help me make Greed Monger the game we will all enjoy and while I know we wont be able to please everyone, I do consider Greed Monger a community project from top to bottom. It is after your funds (well, not your funds obviously, haha) but the communities funds we are using to build the game and we know the expectations are high, as is the level of challenge.

I try to make myself as available as possible to answer questions on our forums and you ALL are welcome to join us, so long as you don't make any efforts at disrupting our community. (That assumption probably stings a little, but lets face it, I'm public enemy #1 over here).

In any case, I again apologize for fueling the fire here a bit and do take responsibility for what I've said and how I've reacted. It wasn't professional and should have been handled differently. What's done is done and I'm willing to forgive, forget and move on.

    Be well.
