Back from trying it at my parents home, still the same problem. Different internet provider, but for some reason, this new Xsolla webpage (that came with the new wurm shop) still thinks Belgium is part of Germany. Tried searching Xsolla if this problem has happen before, but I cant find anything. It seems that in order to get some real/fast response from them on questions, is by having a publisher account. As for the VPN, I'm not techsavy enough to start poking around with a VPN (it's probably very easy, but yeah, I'm a simple guy, I buy 100€ paysafecards, I slap enough of them on an account and pay for all my wurm-acc's, like all the years before the new shop/website came online...). I'm really thankfull for your help and even the offer to arrange something, Samool, but I will have to skip this year of black friday I dont want to rush new (for me) stuff especially when it comes to money + internet. My 4 priest will go out of prem, but my main is still good till 2028 (and another alt till 2025). I'll probably finally bite the bullet and give paypal all my personal information (and first born child) so I dont have to go through Xsolla again in the future. I'll try to get that done till next years blackfriday... Tho most of all, I wish Xsolla would fix their stuff and get all their tracking cookies to work correctly. Hi Samool, This is the screen I get, it's different from all the past years I've used paysafecard to pay for wurm online. Last time I paid with paysafecard was through the old shop (and Xsolla never had troubles with my location, I didnt even knew that was a thing). https://imgur.com/iyn3nyn The thing is, if I hover over the "Xsolla secure connection", it seems to go through the steam store. Not sure if this is messing with things. I tried looking somewhere in that Xsolla window if there is an option to set country somewhere, but I cant seem to find any (I accepted all cookies on that Xsolla site you see in the screenshot above, adblock off) I just tried adding 5 euros to my GOG balance from my paysafecard account, in the same browser, and all works perfectly. Paysafecard is a direct option I can choose on GOG tho, dont have to go through Xsolla, so yeah, my Paysafecard -account is working perfectly, it seems to be indeed Xsolla who messes up things on their side) VPN might in this case not be an option, because for paysafecard you make an account in the country you are in, if I would set myself as being in germany, I would have to buy prepaid paysafecards in germany and then add it to my german account. (that, and I've never used a vpn in my life). Is the old shoplink that Explora gave, safe to use? (I'll be paying 20euros more for a year, but it could be my last option to see if Xsolla keeps seeing me in germany for some reason). Before I do that, I'll try at my parents home, see if Xsolla there sees the right country (will be able to do that in about 3 hours from now, wont be back for another 3 hours after that, so will take a bit before I can update this post)

A problem just occured while I tried to pay with the Xsolla option "Paysafecard". I have been paying for Wurm-prem with this option for at least the last 5 years. Last year, still the old shop, I bought prem for 6 accounts without any problem. When I try it now (new shop), choose xsolla, choose paysafecard, and continue to the payout, it tells me I need a Paysafecard account registered in Germany?! I'm in Belgium, I keep trying, but it keeps saying I need to register a Paysafecard account in germany to pay for Wurm premium time. Has something been changed at Wurm's side to exclude Belgium this year? Does the Wurm shop tracking cookies see me as in germany? I would really like to add another year of prem to 5 accounts this black friday (even got my paysafeaccount loaded up with the necessarry euro's, 250€ ready to go into wurms pockets), but now I'm suddenly blocked. Please help EDIT: Someone in chat suggested that the wurmshop perhaps sees my location as being in germany (belgium borders germany). So I turned of adblock for wurm shop + xsolla payment page + paysafecard website, allowed cookies on all 3 websites I go through to pay, but still gives me an error when I click on the final "pay" button that I need an account registered in germany. Kinda still the same now, but with the fishing nets. Make as many fishing nets as you have actions, queue them up and do something else on an alt/irl. Only difference is that you will only catch small fish, but if you are after afk-skill like the old system, this is still the way. New system just makes it harder for catching the big fish, but once you have located a special fishing spot and get your rod set for that type, the big fish get reeled in fast to. I just wished the new fishing system gave some other special stuff like I mentioned before in suggestion topics. Like pages from a tome of magic, and if you catch 20 pages, you can combine them for a random magic tome. Or fish up treasuremaps-in-a-bottle. Just some stuff to make it a bit more rewarding then just fish.

A bit torn on this, especially if you see the money Wurm is generating, isnt going back into Wurm, but used to keep the rest of GCG afloat. If my prem/silvert money would all be spend on the Wurm-side of things (hardware, developers, community, etc...) then I would happily keep filling my main and 4 priests with prem. But as things look now, I'll probably only focus on my main and my vyn-priest. I also understand this could start a negative spiral (if it hasnt already begun, or we are already halfway in it), the less people spend money in Wurm, the less it will keep GCG afloat, the faster it will all go down the drain. It's tough, damned if you do, damned if you don't.

I see that 2 have been activated recently (1 on xan and 1 on release). Was something found to be wrong with spawn rates and hint-orbs dropping?

Seeing the dev's avoiding to say it straight: "With this change, the 20% upkeep discount will no longer apply", and Keenan not popping in here, for further clarification, gives me the impression that they dont have plans to put the 20% discount back ingame after the traders are completely removed. Perhaps they are testing out to see how bad the negative feedback will be, and when it grows to big, they'll announce: "No worries, a replacement is here." Let me give some potential solutions to not anger to many deed-owners AND even pormoting loyalty in the progress: If an account who holds a deed has over 1 month of premium time, his/her deed gets the 20% upkeep discount => promotes players to stay loyal and keep their premium time topped up. Let players exchange 1 silver at the token to get 1.2silver worth of upkeep chips (like the ones we get from treasure maps) => this way you dont de-value the silver bought in the shop, and you actually make the entire playerbase happy , because now everybody can enjoy a discount for upkeep => encouraging more people to make deeds, thus increasing the need for silver from shop, thus more money for the ceo's/dev's/etc 2 solutions that dont cost a player (really) anything extra, and which result in more money for you guys AND don't result in negative publicity (steam ratings arent good already, negative changes like this are a sure way to get it review-bombed even harder).

Wurmnode says the last one died on Xan at the beginning of this month. (not sure how Wurmnode tracks this, so dont know how accurate it is) No reports from other holy sites appearing since, and my priests that are praying are getting no orbs whatsoever (not that I received any when Holy Sites were introduced). Are they on a global cooldwon for some irl months? Are we just getting allot of bad RNG on receiving orbs to locate them? Can any gm/dev confirm there are still Holy sites around that arent discovered yet?

Hm, wonder if all servers are on a holy site cooldown of some sorts, or Wurmnode doesnt pick them all up? According to Wurmnode, last one, was on Xanadu on 3th of may.

Went over my list of achievements and found some missing from the wiki. The "xxx item" ones could be summarized in 1 achivement like is done for sailing and making boats of different kinds), so far a couple of "xxx item" achievements are listed on the wiki seperatly, so I added the ones I had below to. Anyone who perhaps has done some testing? I've tried at one point, but my patience (and finding agros on Inde) ran out fast, since 1% for that goal is 200 kills and no way to see a detailed number. Achievement count is a bit lacking, but would suggest anything (bred/wild, docile/agro) I kill counts: 73% = +/- 14600 kills All kills on achievement list (agros, uniques, valrei mobs, docile, etc) add up to 13715-ish. So I fall short around a 1100ish kills. But achiev list doesnt count: Donkeys Sheep/rams Seals Crabs Whales Dolphins Tortoises (do I have 2 achievements for "The Tortoise" for making a shield, but I've killed more then 2). I cant imagen I killed that many sheep/donkeys (the other ones only count for probably 10-20 each). So before I breed 200 sheep, and only kills those for the next few months to see if 1% goes up, I wanted to know if someone has done the testing already ;)

A few questions for this "Destinations Unknown" journal goal: Do hidden mobs that spawn from treasure chests count? Do wild "docile" agros count? (hell horse, tortoise, crabs, huge sharks) Do bred "docile" agros count? Do wild docile animals count? (cow/horse/bison/sheep/etc) Do rift mobs count? Do rift mobs count that multiple people have attacked? Just want to kill a bit more selective to save time, I'm at 73% atm.
