How about some love for us priests mains? I recall something about more priest goals being added, but i guess that has been forgotten over time. Anyway, here's a rough idea of what I have in mind. Ascension - New priest journal tier Cast a 105+ power enchant (difficult (60) rating spell at least) 70 Exorcism 70 Preaching 90 Prayer 90 Religion 99 Channelling Use 1000 favour from star gems. Spend 1 million favour on spells. Sacrifice 10 champion animals. Sacrifice a single item worth more then 500 favour. Shatter a supreme item of any kind. Rewards. 6 hours sleep bonus and "Ascended" Title. One of these -> Remove shatter chance (huge leap i know) or Arch-Priest Cloak. This is just an example of what could be, i don't expect anything to be copy/pasted into the game.

My brother found Wurm in late 2013. He tried it and seemed to lose himself in it. Then I realised I had lost him. So, one day I 'found' a map of Pristine he had left behind, and I decided to enter the world of Wurm to find my lost brother. Of course, I got lost trying to find him. Then at last I found him! Then I lost myself in the game as well.

Removing the random shatter would be a bit much but cloak sounds cool, another option (perhaps for a lower tier or in addition) is double the pending favor pool size.

I think I'd remove the shatter thing from it as it's just too good and I don't think that something that good is suitable for a tier with such high requirements (as it would end up giving something really strong to a really small group of players). I feel that the Benediction reward is already pushing the limits of what a journal tier should do reward wise. That cloak on the other hand sounds perfect.

Deal 🥳 I honestly don't see them removing the "Rolf Tax" from channeling under any circumstances. The 1% chance to shatter on failure no matter your channelling.

If your going to remove shatter chance those 70 skills need to be changed to 90 imo.

Saw wurm unlimited on steam. Looked on YouTube to see how the game play was and saw that wurm online was free to play/try. Downloaded the game and was hooked instantly by the music and the environment.

An elephant simply cannot be mistaken for a large mouse. As the size of an animal changes, so too do the circumstances it is under. An Ant has no veins - it can simply diffuse oxygen through its cells. A bigger creature cannot do this - diffusion cannot get enough oxygen to so many cells, so lungs to bring in that oxygen and veins to carry it become required. Bones too must vary: if a creature were to be ten times as big as us, it would typically also be ten times as wide, ten times as thick. This makes the weight a thousand times more! Given our own bones break under a force ten times out weight, a massive increase in bone thickness would be required for any cross-section of the bone to sustain this mass! To accomplish this, a creature may have shorter, thicker legs - so each pound of mass has about the same area of bone to support it like a rhino, or it can compress its body and stretch its legs like a giraffe. Enter, the Forest Giant It has done neither of these adaptions to its mammoth size. It hasn't even gone on all fours, so that the weight might be distributed among more bones. That this creature does not break its legs as it walks is some sorcery, for it cannot be explained within physics nor biology. And for this sorcery, it must die. Saw @Berris/Jennykellon and Dentarthur (irl friends of mine I'd met some years before through LARP) posting screenies on social media of their brand spankin' new deed on Release around New Years, a week or so after the server opened, and was immediately like 'What is that? I want that.' They invited me to come play, told me where to get the game and what server to join etc and I was so eager to get in, I had downloaded it, shot through the tutorial and was already chopping trees and hoarding logs like a noob around Sloping Sands before they even got home from work for the day. Was super reluctant to part with my brand new stack of logs and tried swimming to get away from a spider with a full inventory and we all know how that goes. After a couple of abortive attempts to find their deed myself, I made a campfire on the shore where I could watch out for wandering eight-legged threats and cooked some meat I'd found on someone else's abandoned mob-kill and waited super impatiently for someone to come online. Dentarthur ran all the way to Sloping Sands (on foot, no horses or boats yet) to find me late that evening, persuaded me to leave my precious logs behind, and then led me on a running/swimming/mob-dodging sprint back down the shore of spawn lake with wolves and spiders and bear sharks on our heels. It took forever. I remember the palpable sense of relief and cosy-homeness I felt when we finally made it safely onto their little deed (Poolsclosed, which is still there after all this time). Berris mostly did (and still does) play on Indy so gave me free rein to try all the different skills out with their stuff, build whatever buildings I liked etc. I learned how to dodge trolls on the steppe (who were tall green slender man-like things then), made myself a load of horse tack and then realised I wouldn't be able to ride a horse without premium, so I premmed up, started skilling up towards horse riding, knocked up a small inn and a cottage for myself and started bringing chooks and bison home off the steppe and... that was it. That was me hooked. Had me at 'build houses and bring home chickens' tbh, and honestly that's still what most of my Wurm-life is spent doing

Server Changelog Bugfix: A tamed creature will no longer lose its pregnancy status by going offline with its player. Bugfix: More fire and light related fixesKilns and smelters will no longer leave behind duplicate fire effects when the fire goes out. Fixed a small inconsistency in the colours of some lights under some circumstances, such as lighting the item and then pushing or placing it. Refueling a fire at low fuel levels will now work properly instead of sending a message that the fire is not lit (even though it is). The recently-introduced dynamic furnace lights used for ovens, forges, and smelters will once again have flickering and sound like other fires. Various minor changes to address some inconsistencies with how lighting is added to or removed from items. This should fix any remaining cases of items leaving lighting effects behind even after being snuffed/extinguished for any reason. Turning an item that is placed on another item will no longer cause it to lose its light effects or colour. I have found my fair share of Hota's, Rare's, Supreme's etc. from abandoned deeds. While those are always nice, it's the small stuff that most people would look past that I would say are the most memorable items. I have a Large Anvil I acquired from Indy. It was made by MamaDarkness, who was an old friend that no longer plays Wurm. I found it in a cave where Mama's deed used to be. It was one of the only things left in there. I found it while I was looking at what happened to Ultimarus (After I returned from my hiatus). Another Item I have that I found at an abandoned deed was a butchering knife that was made by Dottie. Dottie is one of the first players I had a conversation with on Wurm. I had met her back on the old JK Home days near her deed. I was running for my life from some mobs, and she saved me. Healed me up, fed me, and then led me back to New Town. Where I was able to survive another day! I have a bunch of other items that I keep in my LMC's. Too many stories to tell of players that are sadly no longer playing. But that would be what is most memorable to me. The things from old friends.
