2 pointsSpecifically, I want to disable the "Can you picture a situation where you could kill someone?" one. Having killed someone, I'd just as soon not be casually reminded of it when I'm playing a game.

1 pointImage shared by Seriphina: Lorewood on Xanadu Hello, Wurmians, and welcome to another Valrei International! This one is going to be a bit short and sweet, with a small bit of official business, a teaser of an upcoming furnishing item, and some events going on through the upcoming holiday weekend. Discord Survey To start things off, we are looking for some feedback about the official Wurm Online Discord Server. You can find a link to the official Discord here if you haven't joined but would like to. Below is a link to a short survey asking a few questions about your experiences in the Discord. If you have any suggestions or would like some changes, please take advantage of this survey to bring them to our attention. Thanks for your time! Click here to head on over to the Discord Survey! Rest Easy And now, on to the teaser! I'd like to introduce a new furnishing item meant to make early days easier on newer players... The Straw Bed! Gone will be the days of struggling to skill up enough fighting skills to slay those bears for furs to make beds, braving the wilds and risking your life just for some sweet sweet sleep bonus. The straw bed will be much easier to create than bedrolls and regular beds, with a bit less sleep bonus gain. Easter Celebrations! Easter is coming up next weekend, and we will have a new decorative item as a gift inside foraged Easter Eggs this year! Premium players will be able to go foraging to find their personal Easter Egg with this special gift inside. Everyone will be able to find the usual Easter Eggs on the ground, though, scattered by busy little bunnies. Available to collect for two days starting at 10am server time (CEST) on Easter day, Sunday April 4th. There are two community hosted events coming up over Easter Weekend on the Southern Cluster: The Easter Impalong on Deliverance and a slaying hosted by Stanlee on Xanadu. If you're looking to get out of the house (or the mine) and join some others for some holiday fun, be sure to visit one (or both!). That's it for this week's Valrei International. See you in two weeks for the next! Hopefully I will be seeing those of you from the Southern Cluster during the Impalong and dragon slaying.

1 pointThis Saturday, the day before Easter, we are blessed with a Green Dragon that has been given up for public slaying (barring his skull, that's claimed by the finder, but everything else is being rolled)! I've tried my best with the maps here, but Xanadu is a big place. Might be one of those times where saying "the northmost piece of land on the southern shore of M12" is the easiest way to direct people This is Xanadu. Not one of the smaller servers. Set off EARLY, especially if the winds are bad, or risk missing out! The dragon will be slain at this time, if all goes according to plan: You found the very hidden Easter egg! And a chocolatey Easter to all!

1 pointIt is a shame that this straw bed was released this late, it should have been implemented before the Steam release.
-
1 pointYa, up in the loft of the stables is where I was thinking also.

1 point"No other players are online on Desertion (820 totally in Wurm)." That's reality of almost every day here, for very long time. I bet, uniques of this server (and there are many) treat me as an unique. "Look, it's a human!"
-
1 pointThe argument is by carebears who spent 10 years in wurm hard grinding skills every day, they just cant bear the thought that some others would do that in 3 years now i personally agree with you. You just dont really get into the old game, where no matter what level you play at - the old timers will be 10 years ahead of you lol. All the economy argument is bullcrap too. the economy is about supreme+ items you can be lucky to make at any level or unique items, you can also get at any level. if one person makes 45 ql showel, and another one squeezes 50ql cuz his skills are "better" - noone buys neither 45 or 50ql shovels anyways lol

1 pointI'm sorry, but no, this is your opinion. I, for one, find that PvP is horrible and is not even remotely a combat challenge, but even if it was, this kind of reasoning would imply that we can't have things on PvE because we are supposed to appreciate PvP more and therefore don't deserve to have stuff like that on PvE? Besides that, the general idea seems interesting, and whatever works as an alternative way to obtain even small unique-grade rewards in any way besides having to pen/drama/slay the uniques, is a huge +1 from me.
-
1 pointWe'd love to see some of those ideas in, some might be more involved than the other ones to implement but they fit the exploration expansion part of our roadmap well. We'll definitely look into adding some of those into the game.

1 pointI'd like to expand this idea with the Archeology mechanic. Say a big deed disbands and the player/mayors quit. After a while say a week , after players finish scavenging the deed a Bandit Tower (similar to a spawner) will appear. The bandits will be proportionate to the initial deed size. Without looking at the code I'm guessing archeology works based on the idea of verifying tiles that were deeded at one point . So now you got a bunch of bandits that are as strong as the deed itself was large and/or rich. Smaller disbanded deeds will attract less bandits and looters. Larger ones higher volumes of bandits. After bandits are defeated you can "Rummage around" in the bandit tower to see what the bandits looted over time. After it's looted, the tower dissapears. Balancing : 1. Bandit towers become stronger over time. If say bandits initially spawn with 40 Fight Skill, the longer they're alive the stronger they get. 50 fs, 60 FS, etc. This is to mirror the idea of them getting better gear over time. 2. As bandit towers become stronger so does the potential loot they drop becomes more interesting.

1 point"Not again" Frank said. Both Ayes and Franks eyes turned towards the hill, upon which were several Jenn Kellon Chaos players.
-
1 pointhe realized the wrath that would soon be upon him, Frank grabbed the wood axe next to his door and approached Ayes....
-
1 pointI completely disagree with you. You can tell players on your server that you don't want them to use this mod and they're free to play somewhere else. That's all that should be necessary.
