Saw this news on Reddit yesterday and couldn't wait to share with Wurmians: World's first ship tunnel to be built under Norwegian Mountains! (Wurm had this figured out in 1050 AD. 🙄) Lol 🤪 & Mycelium is actually a green substitute for leather and plastic! 🍄

Don't remove large saddles. Make them usable for bisons. If nothing else, it'll let us force bison to stand still when being unhitched..

Idea is: large planters for trees and bushes. Sugestions: 1. Trees in planters grow smaller. 2. You may plant them inside building as decorative. 3. They need light so cannot grow underground? 4 Mats: pottery, wood, stone? Example

So, there I was, sailing home from the latest Cadence rift, when as I attempted to cross the server I was attacked by sharks and knocked from my ship. Not wanting to drown, nor be shark bait, I attempted to get back into my ship, and boom, I was knocked back out again. Over and over this happened until I logged out. Long story short, I was stuck and teleporting. After relogging, I was able to finally pull my ship away from the server border and regain my bearings. But my trusty sailor hat was missing, as was all my other equipped gear. Starting to panic I looked all over around me in the water, but could find nothing, not even a stray fish. To make this story even shorter, I submitted a ticket to see if my lost items could be found, then I sailed home to rest after a long hard fight at the rift. Within a few short hours I was contacted by the CM/GM team and they went to work finding my items at the bottom of the ocean (database really). So in the end, my missing items were able to be fished out of the depths of hell and returned to me, a bit water soaked but still intact! I know many times the CM/GM team are on the receiving end of unhappy players and often times it is the bad or complicated issues that are pointed out and see the light of day. I feel it is important to highlight the opposite as well, as often times gratitude is not shown or thanks given where it is due. So this is me saying thank you to the CM/GM team for rendering help when needed. I know this is a game, but so much of our lives are invested in what we do and who we meet in these wonderful worlds, that this experience of outstanding service and concern brought a tear to my eyes and a smile to my face. So I tip my hat to those that helped me and the rest of the team. You know who you are! Thank you for making a bad day good!

When a vehicle or locked chest decays away, any contents that haven't also decayed will fall on the ground free for anyone to pick up. Items that were secured to the ground can also be picked up after taking a certain amount of damage. This is the same concept, except carts take so long to decay that the animals will die of starvation before that happens. If you think of the animal as an item, starvation is the stage of 'decay' that should release ownership and allow it to be picked up by other players. Everyone who plays this game is well aware that things decay and if we care about those things, we take various actions to prevent that from happening. Players return after a long absence fully expecting all of their animals, buildings, and possessions to be gone. So, what's the difference if they log in and the animals have wandered off instead? The difference is that other players haven't had to watch the animals starve to death. It's just a depressing thing to see.

I remember having a lot of problems with this years ago, when I was in the horse breeding business and someone on another server wanted to reserve specific horses to pick up later. I got so worn out having to arrange meet ups to open the pens for folks because mailed keys didn't work when they got there, I finally just stopped offering to reserve the animals. So, either that has been a thing for a very long time, or it is a 'returning' bug if it was fixed in the past. I recently moved to a new server and also found various keys to things like magic chests no longer worked as well, eventually all got sorted out but mostly I just replaced locks and keys where I could. So like the tent lock problem, it seems to affect a lot of different things when it comes to crossing servers with anything involving locks and keys.

Maybe should be nice to reopen Jackal, that was popular with that mission.

Twigs and stones are mostly used on pvp servers to get somewhere in a hurry as the summon soul spell will not work on those servers, also the stone / twig being instant. The amulet was used a lot on chaos till a time that they were changed to not be able to be used with enemies in local. I rarely see the amulet ever used anymore minus a means to not take fall damage while the charge is in affect.

I have a couple of Twigs on Ayes I bought years ago. One I keep updated/set to a tree on deed just in case I might get stuck somewhere due to a bug. Also could be exploring some long mines and exiting a locked mine door onto someone's deed; thus being locked on their deed if no one is around. Mainly a self sufficient option not needing to contact anyone else for help in some unusual situation. Probably wouldn't buy any these days due to the karma option to recall home instead if necessary. =Ayes=

i dont think its worth using anymore, we have priest now able to summon us, its the same thing but for free. its a niche thing, maybe you could save it for emergencies, like when you're drowning or climbing and if you move one more step, you will be dead or something. and no one is online to help you. trying really hard here but i dont think its worth it lol - it was a lifesaver in the past when we had no summon spells. the amulet gives a huge speed increase and makes you immune to thorn, lava, and fall damage for a short period of time (30 seconds). also removes walking speed debuff from "hurting" (99ql amulet, each use lowers the quality by 1) - this can be useful when climbing, you can avoid fall damage. or jump from the top of dragonfang just for fun (shortcuts!) maybe in pvp these things have more uses. in pve i'd say its just nice to have i guess, if you have the coin.

South west Harmony to south east Cadence? Something similar happened to me also a couple of days a go (when the slayings took part) and there is still some gear on the bottom of that ocean. A med rug with nice CoC that costed me 2s, my steel plate armour that was my first bought armour at 7 or 9 silverish.. People of Cadence were very kind to help me, and after a 3 or 4 hour search Thruin finally was able to find me... tears in my eyes when I saw his ship popping up! Initially I was getting a little mad at the CM/GM for, what was in my opinion/assumption, not helping me out. That was a wrong opinion or assumption.. CM Almostsolitude came to check on me through pm in the beginning but couldn't really do too much. Still, he told me he would keep the ticket open and I had to let him know when everything was ok again. Eventually he did contacted a GM and this one reached out to me also. GM Skade took it upon him to help us roam the bottom of the ocean.. but we did not succeed in finding my stuff. So eventually I told them we have been on it long enough already and call it days.. So in the first place I want to thank the people in Cadence, with in particular Thruin. So much hours spend in just looking for me.. Amazing person! A thank you to Almostsolitude for not ignoring it, but eventually contacting the GM's in trying to help me out! And a very special thank you to Skade because, even me being a little upset, he still took it upon him to come help us looking manually for quite some time!!!

Ok, so I decided to go ahead and do some testing in case anyone else would like to know the answer to this question without having to work for it. All alphabetical letters are allowed. All numbers are allowed. Allowed symbols/punctuation: . , / : ; ‘ + - _ ( ) # ! Disallowed symbols/punctuation: “ < > [ ] { } \ | = * & ^ % $@` ~? I also found that, when copy/pasted as a single character, … is also not allowed. Also, spaces seem to count as characters. And there seem to be some combinations that don't work and I'm not entirely sure why... For example: ‘I want you, Oskar, to res-’ is not an allowed inscription, but I want you, Oskar, to res-’ without the first apostrophe is fine. I also tried 'Testing some stuff without copying-' and that worked just fine? I dunno. It's fiddly. I don't fully understand yet...

I've seen 1-man indie developers release content at a faster rate. I genuinely believe they just have a bad development cycle, maybe it takes weeks to months for ideas to get the go-ahead, by which point they could've implement and fixed up issues. What the game needs is for the devs to spend a week looking at old suggestions and put up a poll of their favourite ideas, discuss those ideas further on community streams to get players excited and then keep us up today with whatever it is they're working on with weekly updates on the community stream.

March 6th, 2021 at 01:00 GMT Gud'day Folks, Last September I was doing putting in a CE Hwy up the Green Ring Express to protect all of the bless street lamps in there from decay damage and I got held up by a Deed overhead somewhere who's perimeter infringed on the Green Ring tunnel So I needed the help of the GM's to get the CE's thru the perimeter of an abandoned deed that over lapped the Green Ring from above (player had planted the deed and then gone AFK for a Very LONG time). But all the GM's were tied up with the launch of the Northern Isles so I got slightly bored and decided to see where the deed "up above was" and... ... of course idle hands are the work of the devil ... and that led to making some improvements to the Dragon Fang Western Trail are and to Green Ring Way which partly circles around the Green Ring of Dragon Fang Mountain. http://prntscr.com/10e22e8 1st was the installation of a Guard Tower to give protection travellers exiting the upper Green Ring Express exit and Xagru's Mountain Top Safety Hut. http://prntscr.com/10e23ey Next came a fenced Safety Area open to all for folks to drop their tents in. http://prntscr.com/10e26bq With the help of Oakmaiden, the SW part of Green Ring way was twinned to two wide and another Guard Tower put in. http://prntscr.com/10e28cy and Oakmaiden also leveled up the cliff edge around Xagru's Mountain Safety Hut, and she put in Safety Hedges. http://prntscr.com/10e253h As the old Western path was a tad steep to say the least... http://prntscr.com/10e28zf Hugh decided to put in a 20 slope road up to the base of The Climb http://prntscr.com/10e2a3d which was "twinned" and Cats Eyed. http://prntscr.com/10e2ahu this new road ended up at where The Climb used to be but was no more. http://prntscr.com/10e2d4l ... so I planted Dragon Climbers Base Camp and put in yet another Guard Tower. http://prntscr.com/10e2dri of course it was rough living at the beginning...
