But you're wrong. You're working off the assumption hoarders would increase the number of people that attend, rather than rolling more prem alts and/or accounts they have access to. You're giving them more valuables. There's also the pretend argument that people exclusively do this for money and/or to regulate the sell price on the market. Creating more resource means it loses rarity, and therefor value. Within a year you're likely to see the precious "endgame" armour really turn into common fare, and then we'll be back on the carousel of how bad the devs are for not predicting this. I rate your presentation a -2, that's a -1 for not thinking long enough about it and -1 for font size

I have talked to those who lived breathed and built an empire with him Bearfoot Emporium of setting up a memorial. I would like to know how devs think this should be done because I would like it not to rot. His deed one of the LONGEST ever in Xanadu shall soon pass from this world to dust to the wurm soil once again. I Plus others will be working on this commemoration of our gentle soul and his good works. Devs if you could let me know how you have been handling this with other great warriors of wurm who have left us I would appreciate it. Puncher.

-1 It really won't. The entitlement is insane; either put in the effort required to get end game items yourself, or simply do other activities to make money to buy them from those who are willing. Attempting to say end game content (that likely won't even be possible to complete for at least a month) will stink up the initial release of new servers is foolish, and completely ignores the simple fact that they have actual issues they need to focus on right now.

As it is right now, if an area is left unattended for extended months of time, any meadow like grassy areas are slowly taken over by surrounding trees - as you can see this happening on elevation. In my opinion it's a real shame and I would like to see trees spreading looked at. I was thinking a possible solution is a 4th stage of grass level beyond 'wild' that creates a tile that cannot be sprouted on by a nearby tree. Or maybe just configuring tree spreading in a different way that still provides some change over time but not necessarily resulting in shrinking and dissapearance of grass land areas.

From what I gather we have just land based unique creatures so imo its time to awaken The Kraken! be nice to have a water based unique, a completely different challenge for the end game hunters. Let the items that can be crafted from it be sea based. Ship based fights against the kraken would be interesting to say the least and the stuff legends are made of.

simply put. if you make the drop very low as OP suggests, how long till you acquire 5.5kg of hide for the scale set if each slaying gave you 0.01kg? do the maths.. even if you run 10 alts per slaying... on the same note, do you really think the servers would not get over-flooded with end game resources if each got 0.2kg of hide and there were like 150-200 ppl per slaying? thats like 40kg hide/scale total per slaying... stop tripping. Thats the sole reason they give fixed (in a way) amount of scale/hide per kill to share between participants, so it doesnt really matter how many ppl participated, the server gets 5-10 kg of materials per slaying. So stick to goblin, troll or forest slayings that are usually public and dont bother yourself with dragons or hatchlings as if you suggest 0.0001 kg of hide/scale gain each participant it doesnt really matter you kill them or not this suggestion is like -9000 power from me, sorry.

I say, Make Legendaries legendary. Not some creature that 10 people can take down. Make a legendary event like a rift. Make it appear and have minions to fight too. Make the dragons BIG very big, Like Champion ogres or something, Not the tiny little things they are

I must admit, wurm's waterfronts need beautification of some kind. I used to use enchanted grass sunk down using a lowered tree. However, more decorative flora would be welcome both on waterfronts and inland (mountain flowers, pond plants, etc)

I managed to host May's Random Enkounter today, but.... Of the items Xxalt missed out on was the Supreme awl of Awlsomeness which legend has it can resurrect dead dragons with only one piece of its remains. That or it can be used to create a paper mache parade floats of dragons. The legend was not very clear. Xxalt also missed out on a fresh supreme pizza with triple the cheese! Now we will never know what amazing challenges they would have had to face. Oh well, maybe next time.

I am not sure whether I understood you right. But "dangerous side shaft" is not about height. Any height, even dropshafts (after a warning which can be ignored and overridden) will adapt at the corners. "Dangerous side shaft" is about diagonals. This often results in that you can mine out such a tile from one side but not from the other. In other cases it needs to collapse the neighbouring tile forming the diagonal gap, then mine out the tile previously warned about, then the collapsed tile. https://www.wurmpedia.com/index.php/Mining_warnings @ team: please look into this and possibly move to CA chat in case you agree that this is not a bug.

dragons/drakes drop a set amount of loot to everyone in local and if people are in local without fighting they're effectively taking it from the fighting group, it was decided it was very not cool and good after like 5 years of it happening with multiple staff members doing it and it was easier to give people eviction notices than to make loot only drop to fighters or something idk when we had a dragon penned next to a friends deed my favourite thing to do was tell him to get out of his own deed or i was going to report him to the gms

Many players have a problem of not selling things for weeks/months ... the mistake is to think is due to the lack of an AH system but it's a problem of too high offer vs too low demand. As old as the world and an AH won't solve this problem for sure and will bring more problems to the economy than solve some.

Staying home all day we discovered that we still have an outside yard where our chickens lay eggs under an old garden chair. For the first time in a very log time we could sit outside in the morning sun instead of in an office staring out a window. Literally having time to smell our roses. Finding little joys in life has been a good way to stay calm. Hope everyone finds something like this.

That would imply I've actually played the game for the last 18 months. That's the problem, you shouldn't need scale or drake to fight. The only people that ever used to fight in scale or drake were the champions and high body accounts before all the SOTG crap and tomes were added, the game was much simpler and a lot more fun then.

Personally, I'd also like to see a few other things added so I'm gonna write them down here. 1. Since we can't share accounts anymore (to the same extent) could the king appoint Jarls or Royals that has access to the kingdom permission system as well? That would help a lot. 2. Could we see something done about abusing alts in general? As in putting them in reinforced mines outside of your enemy deeds.

I'm curious why a cast was needed to bring everyone in wurm up to a lvl 99 miner. From Retro- here's been a few comments about this leaving magranon underpowered, and we've been working on that. So far we have a pickaxe enchant that increases the chance of successful surface mining (still capped at the 50% chance that 99 mining has though, so more beneficial at lower levels) What's next? WC skill casts? HFC skill casts? It seems very odd to add this in and not have it actually benefit the people who have done the grinding to have high skill mining skill. Please add a buff to 99+ miners using the cast

cool update, but.... wasn't really how i imagined furl sails to be implemented when we had the option to whenever press forward or backwards and it instantly reacted, not with this timers and for my taste insane stamina use. Would of been cool to have the furl sails as secondary option and not forced to everyone to use constantly, one step forward, two steps back. Revert it slightly backwards, so we can sail as usual, but give us some the option to keybinds how to operate the sails, or those neat icons that you have made... make them as buttons and separate it from that stamina/health/food bar.
