Supreme Macedon Wagon Only one like it in the world! Starting bid: 50s Increment: 1s Snipe protection: 1 hour Delivery anywhere outside of PvP. [10:22:28] A fairly large wagon designed to be dragged by four animals. This is a supreme example of the item, with fine details and slick design. It is locked with a lock of very poor quality. It is made from oakenwood. It could be improved with a log. Ql: 66.29133, Dam: 0.0. The name of the owner, Saintdouglas, has been etched in the stern. [10:22:28] A single zinc rune of Magranon has been attached to it, so it will increase size (5%) and increase vehicle speed (5%) Good Luck!

Samool has taken t he time to look at it too, and it's just a bit too jerky to feel right, It requires a lot more work on how movement functions and there's simply other projects that require focus more at this point.

Bridge is now connected on one side, should be traversable just fine. 12 tiles left to do on other side, i've left crates of bricks for whoever wants to finish it, i'm tired.

Looking for single-named 5-speeds, any server. For example, “Duke” or “Ida.” Because I’m extra. Any color, though I would prefer younger horses if I can get them. But you can’t look a gift horse in the mouth! (ba dum tss) PM me in-game, on forums, on irc, or on discord with any leads. Or send a carrier pigeon my way.

Hello everyone, As you probably know, Indy lost a major bridge, connecting west Indy to central Indy at Black Dog Isle. Unfortunately, due to decay rules, the building that is making the bridge impassable is decaying very slowly, and might have a few months more to go before we can fix things. So for now, the thought is to build a temporary span where the thick red lines are: Step 1 is to build some dirt islands. Then step 2 is to plan and build the new spans. If you're around and want to donate some time or materials, it's all on un-deeded land. So just load up, head over, and help out

I suggest to add honey as an alternative option when making wine. Honey currently does not really have a sink, I don't see how all the honey produced could be drained into mountains of food products (it is quite a blasphemy to add any sugar to grape to make wine but I accepted it already - honey will not ruin more a wine than maple syrup... I would be glad to get wine from high ql grapes without adding any artificial solvents)

This "catch up" decay happens on every thing that would normally take damage but didn't because it is in inventory or a magic chest. It's just not as noticeable as it is with food. Because food has increased ticks/damage naturally.

Hello Is it possible to bring back vehicles following curve of the terrain? Or is it consequence of some mechanic that cannot be changed anymore? If I remember correctly, this was disabled after making possibility for characters to "jump" over things and fences? Could be wrong, long time ago. For those who didn't played then: vehicles were foolowing terrain on different angles, now those just always stay horizontal (at least when riding).

So as we all know, players have been requesting log walls for yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrssssssssssssssssssss. Here are links to some of those suggestions from the past: Like everyone else, I'd also like to see these implemented. Especially now that I'm working on the town of Yew in the Ultima Nostalgia project and the whole bloody town is made up of log cabins!!! So for the project, I had to find a solution. At first I was trying the "ausfacades" log cabin mod by Ausimus and the release that ago made, but it wasn't working properly. So I became desperate and decided to just make a texture that somehow mimics the look of a log cabin, using the textures used in our palisades + some color work. It's not perfect, and of course optimally it'd be great if we had proper meshed log walls, but I've heard this can be tricky to implement... I suggest that "for now" until we can get proper 3d log walls, we make a "quick and dirty" temporary solution by making a new wall type called "log wall" etc using the mesh of the stone walls (like we have for all the new wall types) and slapping a log texture on it. Then, once the proper walls have been created (some time far far into the future I assume), they can replace the temporary set. This is the end result of my experiments in Ultima Nostalgia.

One week has past and..... .... as Ajala said, things are going faster as we'd expected. We did get some tremendous help from two persons; being Harthim who's been carving the road almost by himself; and Snowtech, who's been creating the Eastern boat and road entrance and sponsored us with some very nice tools. At the Western side, Ajala (& alt), Wulfmaer and I (& alt) have been battling several sandstone veins and two ironveins. Right now, sandstone vein #6 and iron vein #3 are under attack and will give up their resistane sooner or later. Kowing the process we made, I expect it to be sooner. From what I've seen, we need to deal with another 2 sandstones and 8 iron veins of various ql. As a result of what we're doing, we got quite the amount of resources available. To be precise, more as we need and it would be a shame to let it all rot away. Right now we got about 30K of sandstone shards of various ql, 7K iron lumps of 30+QL and 5K iron lumps of 20QL. While part of the iron lumps is used by us to create ribbons for support beams and doorlocks as saccing material for my Mag priestess; a lot of the iron will be left behind; even after those who mined it out took what their share. So, if anyone is interested in the sandstone shards or iron lumps, contact Ajala, Wulfmaer or me when we're ingame and we can give you all you want. As the iron is stored in BSB's, it's advised to bring your own crates for transport. Most of the sandstone shards are stored in crates; but a portion is stored in BSB's as wel, so for this also: bring your own crates. Now, for those of you wondering what we've actually done so far; a short summary. The western entrances have been carved out, the area to line up with the center canal tile has been carved out as well and the construction of the canal itself has begun. Most of the tunnel all the way up to where the diagonal end becomes an east-west line again has reinforced walls and floors. Even some torches have been set up every 5 tiles to light the place up a bit; meaning that part is almost complete. As it looked after a few days: Wulfmaer, Vax and myself fighting another sandstonevein: Finished part, with ony catseyes and new lamps to be planted: Right now, Snowtech has begun working at the Eastern side of the tunnel, finishing both entrances and currently working at the tunnel itself. And from what I've seen it certainly looks good. Ajala has been carving out the center tile after the 2nd corner; as well as reinforcing that, giving us boat access deeper into the tunnel; while her alt has been fighting a sandstone vein. As if there isn't anything else to mine. Wulfmaer has been all over the place and most of the things he's done were done when I was off line. ? However, I do know he's been carving the canal in the diagonal part, been prospecting veins, been carving out the ceilings of the road part and been battling several sandstone and iron veins. As for myself and my alt; I've been casting strongwall, creating locks to sac for favour, mining sandstone veins obviously, some iron veins as well, mining the ceilings and carving out the canal, as well as reinforcing the floors and creating support beams. All in all I think we've dealt with the most difficult part now. For now most of the work that needs to be done is mining straight ahead, expanding ceilings and reinforcing until we get to a little underground building. Going around that one might be difficult, but with the experience we got now we also know how to deal with that. After that it's just hooking up with the process made from the Eastern side; which will be around 2020, if all goes well. And not X-mas 2022 as Ajala feared. Thorin

Gud'morning folks, Monday, Sept 9th, 2018 @ 12:26 GMT That is very impressive. As I have told Davide and a few others, I am sitting on 5k of dirt to replace the eastern building with an abutment of proper height when the eastern section finally goes down. We will try to get up there and tile count this temporary link soon, and get it onto the update of Albia Roads Map of Indy. Kindest regards, Hughmongus Co-Administrator - The Albia Roads Map of Indy

Not the correct numbers but not gonna bother lookin em up just usin em for an example Items have a "lastdecayticktaken" saved on them, and this will continue to go up when not taking dmg. A meal might take dmg every 100, 10000 in a larder with snow and 1000000 in a magic chest. If its up to 5000 and you take it out and put it in your inventory, next decay tick is gonne be 50x stronger which will destroy it. A lunchbox reduces both decay time and decay tick size so chuck your meals in one

Magic chests prevent decay , so how can something "catch up" on missed decay if it was inside a magic chest that "prevents" decay? Wogic again? I do agree "catch up" decay should not make an item crumble to dust instantly.

Same as this issue, corrupted ids. The only way to fix is roll your server back to where it was before the problem started.

Did you resize the deed to minimum size before you disbanded it? In that case only the basic s5 around the token would record the settlement. Other than that, I do not know any direct causes of this.

If people could not make money off wurm I think wurm would actually be in a better place... when the changes are affecting ingame currencies that are not worth anything out of game then wurm is allowed to reach any balance possible. Think of all the suggestions and potential updates that were lost to people screaming about their ability to make money. Think about how new players to the game or your village/alliance or friends or hermits or even just other veterans might feel when they might get handed decent gear because people cared about other people and not the fact that gear is worth 10e, 20e, 50e, etc. The game is so much more appealing and friendlier before you realize it's all about the money, I felt this way when I started and discovered that merchants were a thing and saw all this high ql enchanted stuff that costed real money and I had no interest in dumping cash into a game I just started and already has a monthly subscription model paid with real money as well as upkeep paid with real money. The ONLY negative I can agree to about wurm not letting you make money is losing the ability to gain premium/upkeep funds via playing, but I'm sure there's a million and one solutions to that very small problem to have in the grand scheme of things. Such as actually playing and completing milestones/goals/events/etc to win ingame currency the same as you would in any other game and using ingame currencies for upkeep and purchasing coupons to use towards premium. The only real problem now is that any changes like this would be at minimum 5 years too late, the current population is way too low for a high risk change this far into the life of the game. However it can be interesting to think of that while we would have less of our current playerbase, how much larger would the playerbase have become to replace them?

I pondered about this a lot and I must say thing I hate most about Wurm is enchantment system most how random it is and how you can not expect result according to your skill with greater certainty. For example I 90 skill carpenter can always guarantee that in certain time using certain amount of resources will imp mallet to 90ql, even more if he try really hard to the point where it's pointless to push further. 80skill enchanter as well as 90 skill one cannot guarantee wheter they will cast 100 power spell or 90 power, how much favour they will burn, and even if they will break item no matter how high his skill is on top of that...Coc is not working on statues, ql and rarity doesn't affect result, no runes for better result on statues too. It feels like playing slot machine mostly which is very annoying. I think that if enchanting would be brought more inline to crafting it would be much more enjoyable

I love Renate's design, especially the seal grotto, but most importantly it will be built by the people of the Newspring alliance, who are the ones who take in and help the new players who land there. Who better to build the starter city than the people who live on the island? The residents are all really behind Renate's design, and that should count for a lot as we are the ones who have to live with what is built.

WO is 1 of the most ironic "games" ik. I am constantly questioning if it is a "game". The grinds are insane & i realise crafting grinds is not the only thing ppl do in this game but damn..really..? WO isn't a normal "game" is what draws me in over & over. I struggle desparately with not asking the devs to cater for the investors in us but I'd be more hooked if there was a bit more bling & brag to the game coz it's pretty lonely in my part of Xanadu..I see it coming in..I do..so I don't want to say devs are doing nothing. I suppose i'm having a mid-wurm crisis asking myself if this is what i want to do with my life..lol..with the amount of time WO requires you can actually validly ask that question ..I bought a Ferrari Wagon & named it "The Big Red Wiggly Car"

for me this is one of the biggest draws of wurm and one of its unique selling points - I like the fact that it feels like a big wilderness, that if i want to travel a long distance I have to plan it, and if its into the wild i have to prep a proper expedition with a wagon of supplies etc - its awesome. Being able to just teleport everywhere wrecks all immersion and fun for me. If i have friends I want to play with, ill go an live near them or just arrange the odd meet up - which is a fun thing in itself as meeting up for special events like imp along or something actually becomes a big event - event the travel there as you pick ppl up along the way etc and adds a build up to the event itself

that the receive mail and return mail tick boxes are right next to each other , makes it easy to return stuff by mistake, . And there is no way to rectify that mistake.

Rifts weren't changed like that at all loot was changed to drop into players inventories to avoid the theft spam and we also increased chances of receiving loot twice, nothing was reduced and we wouldn't reduce loot to satisfy people who wish to keep value. Update about tutorial soon, hota removal is just a player suggestion, smelting pot change will be in next update as we said, UI is ongoing while we work on other aspects that don't need the major overhaul to be improved.

Disruptive Jerks Disruptive Player Behavior A situation had recently arisen that required the enforcement of the Disruptive Player rule regarding the home servers of Serenity and Desertion on the Epic cluster. As moderators we strive to do our best to balance the rules in cooperation with the mechanics that are provided. As stated by Rolf in the Disruptive Player regulations the mechanics are not always able to cover all possible scenarios that can arise, and that is where the rules come in. Whether you believe in fair play, or you enjoy playing a more rebellious role, the rules apply to everyone equally. We must take action for or against you based on the facts of the case regardless of your position or situation. Unfortunately, people who decide to abuse the system sometimes prefer to be less than truthful in the matter and twist the facts or out right lie to us and the community in a vain attempt to avoid penalties. In the recent Disruptive Player situation the facts are that the avatars used to attack the same kingdom were shared so much that identifying the involved led to requiring a sweep of bans. Of course, we as moderators recognize the sad truth that an innocent can get caught by such a sweep, but it is our official stance that you are responsible for any avatar sharing and you can easily catch warnings or complete bans for actions taken by others that you have shared your avatars with. It is not our place to tell you who and who not you may be friends with, but if you run with nefarious individuals, chances are they will not have your best interests in mind. A deliberate effort to lie to our team by at least some involved including the mass harassment of our team has caused us to throw out any appeal of the decision for the recent 60 day bans. Once you or one of your group begin attempting to deceive us then any appeal becomes forfeit and we may increase any penalties given and any further communication on the matter will be ignored or completely removed. Until such time as we can scoop out your brain and mail it off for testing, our judgments will remain based on the facts that we have. Item security. Recently we have encountered a case of a person having their horses killed because they had their wagon permissions set incorrectly. Please be diligent in your security measures. Wurm Online is an open world and as such there will probably always be some people who do not have your best interests at heart when they are passing through your deeds. Being neighborly! From time to time we end up looking into area disputes on the Freedom cluster. The disputes range from highway changes, new roads, canals, tree cutting, etc. This is partially why we have the “Play Nice or we will rip your heart out” rule, as it allows us to mediate any serious issues, but at the base of all of them is usually a lack of communication. While we respect your privilege to do work within a certain range of your deeded areas, we expect for you to cooperate and communicate with your nearby neighbors as best as possible so that you can adjust or adapt to their plans and needs, and they vice versa. Even if it takes you awhile to get into contact with your neighbors, you should always be neighborly and give them a heads up to any projects you are working on that may affect their time and enjoyment. Projects such as road changes, terrain changes, fences, etc. Anything that will affect land near them or access near them should be discussed. Not only does such communication make the social environment much better, it will improve interaction and teamwork on large projects, but most importantly it will avoid creating a situation that needs a moderator to get involved in. Please keep these tips in mind when you are working near others on the Freedom Cluster. We hate having to ban people just because they are being jerks…. Oh wait… well… at least you would likely not enjoy being considered a disruptive jerk and getting banned, because trust me, we do enjoy banning disruptive jerks! Thank You, Wurm Online Team
