This is an apparently random suggestion that may or might not get bumped in the fullness of time. to my finite knowledge..aside from unique skulls the only skull models we have are goblin skulls. We already have the human skull model, could we at least make guards produce them upon butchering? Or even just from butchering our own corpses. That said, suggestion: more skull models from butchering.

Why is everyone speaking of priests as alts? A very big chunk of the comunity i play in have priests as main, and crafters as alts! Me included.

I have found some old screens from Pristine events and community initiatives and can share them with you 1. now that's one dank dope beat there. If i read it right hope that means you are skillin and growin in other ways too. Egard hit it best though, just don't man. you put so much of you into this, time has funny way to alter unexpectedly. If i wasn't committed to other plans i'd have bought this account right away for the sum i think you'd like and what it's worth and with first option to buy back when you change your mind. Also maybe think about a new slant over just being ultimate fighting machine..something i found about you unexpected is you were calm and explained things to players with lesser skill as a good mentor/leader/trainer. passing on your learned tools and skill sets leaving a mark and something with the game far better than you entered it in. Ponder it. none of this looks or feels right otherwise.

+1 how about the art team give actual unique graphics for drakes, dragons, kyklops, goblin leader, you get the picture? cause every skull should not look like a dragon skull

If requested, I can offer to do a model on a volunteer basis. I love the Valrei things and would love to see a model for temples added just as much as any of the other people that have posted.

Although I do not agree with the suggestion, I am a bit in the fence with this response. Sure, limiting things to a smaller group of players is a bad move, but it wouldn't be so if priests werent forced to be alts in the first place. I think some effort should be put into making Priests more attractive as mains instead of shrugging our arms and just labeling them as alts. When a waylaid Vyn priest cant even light his own campfire to cook his own food... well, thats a bit silly, don't you think?

Joined this server today and loving it so far, new to the game also! Having a fresh server is so nice from the established larger servers, just hope it stays around!

Now that we have electrum, and with the new metal properties and shaders making it easier to add new alloys in general, why not suggest a few? I'm mostly trying to think of ones that would add more uses to existing base metals, or that have a visually distinct look compared to what we already have. Pewter: Constituents: Mostly tin, some lead. Appearance: Variable shades of grey, darker with higher lead content. Advantages: Better jewelry smithing item prices than tin or lead Possibly usable for statuettes and other gold/silver specific items Slower decay and less damage than tin or lead Good for bashing Easy to work with (improve/repair/high creation QL) Another use for lead is always appreciated! Rose gold: Constituents: 50-75% gold, 25-50% copper Appearance: Pinkish/reddish gold Advantages: Distinct red/pink tinted gold appearance Lets you stretch the amount of gold you have by mixing in copper, at the cost of some of gold's value/advantages Usable for everything gold is used for Less damage taken than pure gold Shakudo/Corinthian Bronze: Constituents: Mostly copper, some (~10%) gold Appearance: Very dark purplish patina Advantages: Very distinct near-black appearance You know you're into that don't even lie to me Usable for relatively high-value jewelry without the need for much gold Relatively easy to work with (improve/repair) It looks neat, OK? no additional questions allowed I'll add more if I can think of any!

Hey guys, I'm trying to put together a website about Wurm lore, since there's not much out there about the time since players have arrived. I can find about Pristine what is to be found online and use Twitter for abandoned deeds, but I would like to ask that anyone who has a deed there or has had a deed there and is interested may reply or message me privately with the story about their deeds or the history they know. This can be role-play - if you have made up a story about your character, about your deed or your ventures... slayings, official events, anything... let me know and I will try to implement it in my history or story of Pristine. I'll be doing this server by server. Obviously, I will have to give this some time so people can submit info, so until August 1st (2018), the submission of information for this is open. After that, I will try to write everything down as best I can and combine it into one big history of Pristine. In the end, I will close my Pristine project with a journey through current Pristine and visits to deeds I have in my story (if the players are okay with that), or deeds that have been recommended for me to visit. I am going to be doing this for other servers afterwards, but as Pristine has caught my attention with its wonderful landscape and pristine name (see what I did there?), I have been drawn to go there first. Great little server coming right along. Tons of animals and open land still. New event area for upcoming server wide events looking good cant wait for those to start soon going to be fun!!! The community is always willing to help and offer advise to the new players. I love the admin gives gifts out to new players and they have a trivia contest that offers up awesome prizes. Gotta come check this server out you wont be disappointed with all it has to offer. Treasure chest and the treasure maps when you don't want to grind anymore and if your brave enough go check out the rift and hope you come back in one piece lol

Neat. I'm glad there is a standard consensus among players on what something is worth. Makes it so much easier to determine what a fair price is. There's a lot of honour among Wurmians. I guess it's the nature of the game itself that draws this type of people to the game, where community cooperation is so much a part of the game. Nice.

While i get your frustration, rolling priest specific goals severely limits them, and means there's little to know actual skill involved, rather than requiring effort, it would be the bare minimum of time related goals "plant 5000 trees" "make 5000 litres of wine" "throw 10,000 items in the trash bin". It eliminates a great majority of actual skill required goals and would streamline the goals, with the end result being "just become a priest and you reroll any skillbased goal" This system with randomly generated goals is difficult to balance, we agree, but we're focusing on improving that and giving a much more rounded experience of whats possible in wurm, which does involve more than just priest actions, but we'll definitely keep that view in mind

Priest restrictions are an ongoing discussion, and several ideas have come up, it's not as simple as "let them grind skills" or "let them do everything" but more "what makes living as a main priest possible" Being a priest will ALWAYS restrict you as a crafter, it's the one "class" choice of a classless game, which will always grate, but we are looking at making them easier to play solo on. My comments about priest alts refer to the days when runes didn't exist, most players just had pocket priest alts to cast the spells they need, very few travelling spellcasters were in business and most felt they were forced to pay multiple premiums to be functional, runes addressed a few of those issues and we'd rather the content more accessible than going back to that

the whole point of being a priest is that you give up almost everything you can do in order to get the favor of your god, if you want QoL a priest isn't for you. "You may chose to become a priest of <your god>If you answer yes, you will receive special powers from your deity, such as the ability to cast spells.You must also walk this path if you strive to become a Champion of <your god>.You will however by very limited in what you can do.You will for instance not be able to do such things as dig, mine, improve items, or use alchemy.You will also not be able to steal, pick locks or destroy structures to mention just a few other limitations.If you later decide to become a Champion of <your god> these restrictions will be lifted.As a Champion, you may only escape death a few times though.If your faith ever fails you, you will lose your priesthood.Do you want to become a priest of <your god> despite the severe limitations it will have on your actions?" Give that a read since you seem to not have read it.

Honestly market seems over flowing with accounts, and with all the effort you put into the account I wouldn’t sell it. Of course unless you need the cash. People who have played for so long and were passionate about the game be it pvp or pve always end up regretting selling, and probably better to leave it collecting dust then some dumb dumb using it like Mcdiggle. None the less good luck with sale and sucks to see someone who was known for being pvp advocate quit.
