The prices listed for the in stock tools are for the cost of the enchant that's already on it. Those prices don't include whatever QL you would like your finished tool to be at when we mail it. For carving knives take a look at our weaponsmithing prices and add the total for the QL you desire to the amount for the enchant. IE: 70QL (70c) + 77woa (87c) = 157c +COD price.

Elwood- Unfortunately at this time we can't offer 95 QL weaponsmithing. All of our CoC carvers also seem to have been sold out! There shall be more to come though. We do offer imping services if you already have a good knife you'd like up to 92 QL?
