  • Normal salt was erroneously named Source Salt during the weekend. Reverted.
  • Some tools that had no skillgain should now do that again.
  • Non-villager boats may now be conquered on Chaos.
  • Grass growth was enabled again since it was not the reason for lag.

I'm still betting on the Lamps and their Fuel being the issue that's exacerbated the lag issue to it's current near debilitating pace. Too many guards trying to get into the huge oil tub at once i suppose.

it's still lagging just as bad as before with it disabled, just check the graphs. Sunday was probably the leap second causing issues instead of Wurm itself

While Farmerbob was continuing a joke with this quote it does bring up an interesting idea.

If your trying to make olives more useful, instead of nerfing lamp's how about implementing a longevity buff to wooden item using olive oil. i.e. applying olive oil once a month or so reduces decay significantly.

The world stays bright and shiny and olives become useful, win, win.

Craftsmen IRL have been using similar methods for hundreds of years.

One of the best ideas for olive oil usage i've read so far.

Plus there's cooking, also the one to create some sort of mix with olive oil to turn Fur and Pelts into leather..

Plenty of ideas out there, but the one remains insane.

Also, aparently the salt fix caused it to mutiply.

Another item with LOTS of usage. Next thing you know Rolf will make it so that you need salt to cook ALWAYS.

Hey Im always making cracks about polishing my wood... the oil would just add even more ammo.
