Posted July 28, 2011 I want to announce the birth of my son Matthew. Born 14:34 on 07-27-2011(i love the date) - at a weight of 5 lbs 9 oz. My wife developed a condition called preeclampsia in which her blood pressure was too high so after a week of it getting worse they decided to induce her early (36 weeks). Nothing prepared me for the amount of joy i have gotten from watching the birth til the first time he looked at me In a few years this boy will probably be an egocentric megalomaniac with a seniority complex and dethrone his old man
