Empire total war is the only one with techs, naval battles, India and the rest of the new world tho. At least the AI is better than when the game was released. In fact maybe i should start a WiB based off Empire Total War, especially seeing as my exams have ended and it will stop me posting in other forums, they don't usually like it when i post there.
