seems bugged that there is no way to declare war on same kingdom deeds [template kingdom]

 

problem: deeds can be used as passage way/boat hideouts etc for enemy kingdoms, but the deed can't be drained/removed because its of the same kingdom you are in

expected outcome: walk up to a deed with a diplomat and declare war on it

outcome: mechanic seems to be missing or bugged because it doesn't give the option

so your suggestion is to drop $$ for a pmk instead of fixing the mechanic that previously existed for preventing this
