If snow goes 100ql then maybe a rare roll gives you a chance to get yellow snow.  lol :P

Why is this so important? In the larder it all melts so slowly anyway.

I don't mind collecting snowballs.

If some would rather pay to have it collected for them ;) Is ok w/ me. Would be a very nice newby job.

Snowballs below 50ql won't survive a year, below 70 will hardly protect your food after half a year... And that's what all grass tiles give you i.e. more than half of the tiles. The only thing this random here adds is time consumption. And the only downside of having them all at 99 or 100ql like water would be that high QL icecream would be easier to make. Oh no, can't let that happen!

I just collect 200 without looking at the quality (they usually come out at somewhere around 60 QL averaged at the end), and put them in the icebox and the shelf just above that. If some are gone out of the icebox along the way I just fill it up again from the shelf above it. Up to now I have always had to empty out the full icebox and about half a shelf's worth reserve still left (most with around 40-50 damage on them) when a new winter starts. And just collecting 200 without throwing most out is a quick job (luckily, because it's indeed a bit of a bore to do - but the 5-10 minutes it takes this way, I can live with that).
