Could be packet loss on your end, unless wurm's host is having some issues, but than more people were going to experience your problem, I'd bid on packet loss on your end, you could try to ping hte host while you download, if you skip a few packets.. that could result in a corrupted download.(nobody but your ISP to blame than)

 

pro tip.. restart your router.. might solve the downloading issue:)

(how to ping.. start > run > cmd, press enter, and in the console type:  ping -t  updates.wurmonline.com, press enter again.. once you're done downloading close the console;

If you have other issues with the ping reply with the problem.

I see in your log you get response code 403. 403 response means you are not authorized

Maybe using proxy/vpn that is blacklisted and does not allow you to download the file?
