I can't save. Says i am not allowed. Need admin priviledges. I am the admin so what am I doing wrong.

run notepad as admin, than file - open - locate the file, than you're free to edit it as you please

only exception to that is.. if the file have read-only flag set.., than you'll have to either save the file somewhere else and copy/paste it.. or right click the file where it is.. and select "properties", and in attributes there to uncheeck 'read-only', apply, ok, -> you're free to edit the file, probably still required to be admin tho
