large storage unit [Resolved] Large storage unit removing decorate ability

I built 3 large storage units in my little carpentry shop. After their creation I wasn't able to push/pull them because I got the error message about too many items littering the area already.  Since then, all 3 have been picked up and moved to different locations, but some of the tiles seem to still be bugged. I've tried dropping chairs, rugs, and other items on two floor tiles, and get the item limit error, even if there is nothing on the tile.  A large crate is the only object on one of the tiles after unloading from a cart, but I still get the error if I try to push/pull it.

I have tried dropping an item on the floor above without issue. It seems to just be impacting the ground floor.
