disable npc talking

Recommended Posts

Is there a solution to disable this odd npc talking? This is very annoying and useless.

I need the npc´s for a lot of missions but dont need this annoying talking.

push

if i like to make a row with soldiers at the kings palace, the npc´s are rotating if they begin to speak and there is no option to rotate them back.

It would be realy awesome if there is a way to disable talking to mak npc´s looking in one direction.

Further, i saw today one of my npc is in fighting mode, maybe anyone tried to attack him, they should go back to normal standing after a given time because there is also no option to set the npc back to normal mode (standing)

I agree completely. I've had to destroy NPC's just because they wouldn't shut up with their meaningless talking:

"Have you heard about the key to the heavens?"

"What do you mean about?"

"Have you been to Meadowlands lately Batta?"

[I respond] Oh for the love of god please shut up

"What do you mean by shut?"

I use the guide instead of an NPC to do missions with because they don't speak.

It's quite annoying.

I use the traders/merchants to get some different looks on npc. If you use serverpacks, you can get any look you want.

I made this guy for a quest on Ereb Altor,

A stationary, non-talkative trader with a different look.

Cool!  I look forward to a day when I have some clue how to accomplish this, too.  :-)
