[FIXED] Minus quality item got from a rift

So we did a rift, and one player who had phenomenal participation (74 participation) got a -5 ql rift wood at the end of rift. 

 

Not a major bug or anything , just letting you guys know.

Yup, got a -2 ql rift wood at last rift, and a -5 the one b4 that .. quite pointless, as u cant use em for anything except lowering the ql of the stuff already in yre bsb if u were silly enough to do so.
