Buildings to add to deeds

Recommended Posts

So I just founded a deed last week and I was wondering if you guys had some ideas for what kind of buildings to add to the deed or anyone else's. For example I have a workshop so far, any other ideas?

Here's a short list of buildings I like on my deeds:

  • Workshop
  • Farmhouse
  • Church
  • House (living quarter)
  • Stable / Barn
  • Warehouse
  • Inn
  • Town Hall
  • Lighthouse / Lookout Tower
  • The Manor house (for the mayor)
  • Market

One building is all you need really, but if you want to build your own little town, do a house or two, an inn, place to cook, blacksmith/weapon/armor shop, wood shop, storage, if you like to hoard like me more storage and then if you have a place for a mine you can build down there too and have more storage!

Maybe. It depends on what you consider a Spa :P

That's because you have a more refined taste, Proph. (That, and you spend too much time on the forums!)

DeedPlanner is your friend for structure design if designing as you build doesn't work for you.

cant tell if this is a stab at my piss poor interior design skills or genuine feelings of nostalgia over my paint depictions of simple scenarios

Don't forget about the deed gates! :)

In case if your deed have big personal parcels... Why not a gate leading to your place as well?

Obv you'll need to start with dirt walls. Slap some long houses on top of that. Congratulations, you have the starting of the stupidest looking castle in history. Next of course you need a token house, your "keep", so noone drains your token. Don't make this pretty, just make this really really annoying. Next, stuff your deed with disgusting houses and horse pens, keep those hell horses separate and be sure to plan a specific reinforced mine with high quality steel minedoor to hide all the ###### you're too afraid to leave deed with. Once this is all completed congratulations, the game is completed. You can insult whoever you want however much you want and they'll never have the energy to spend 90 hours catapulting in to get your 90 woa trowel you forgot to log off on an alt. Welcome to chaos :)

Oh wait you're on freedom ######

I have these great logs from proph showing me his interior decorating skills like 6 years ago and he was proud as punch about it, unfortunately the links no longer exist and it just wasn't as funny to post the conversation without them.
