Domesticating hostile animals.

Would it be possible to at some point include "domestication" of normally hostile animals?

 

Acting in a similar fashion to alignment, a sort of hostility rating.  It would start at a set point, and eventually gravitate towards that point.

This hostility could be reduced by regular feeding in particular with an animal's favorite food and grooming.

 

This would allow people to actually with effort domesticate normally hostile animals, and thus breed them safely.   Any thoughts?

well that is an option, this would just allow you to maintain multiple animals that would be hostile, in a passive state.
