[Fixed] Epic Portal cooldown for crossing

Posting on behalf of another player.

The player crossed from Serenity to Exodus, then shortly after tried to cross back through and was unable, getting this message in his event window:  You have to wait 52 minutes before you can use the portal again.

Just did a similar test myself and got the cooldown timer as usual.  I've opened the issue.  Thanks for the report.

The issue seems to have been fixed with today's patches.  An alt traveled between Indy and an epic server and back with no hour cooldown.
