12 months straight of prem.. no reward?

Has anyone else been prem for over 12 months in a row and not got the promised spyglass?

I've been prem for 14 months consecutively now and never got one.

Spoke to GMs and they said there's nothing they can do.

Is this really the case?

Rolf has mentioned before that there may be problems with the premium rewards system, and that it essentially was deemed not worth looking into any further.

 

This is why the expiry warning emails no longer promise rewards. They're worded more vaguely now because they can't really promise much with the system potentially being buggy.

I'd say it's a fun aspect of the game that is worth following through with.

Agreed, I thought the rewards system was a good idea if they could be made to work properly. May be it could be tied to an action when extending premium time online.
