freeze [Fixed]Camera Freeze Mounting Vehicles (cart, wagon, boats, etc.)

This happened to me 4 separate times today.  3 times while embarking on a Large Cart and once while trying to "hold" a Range Pole.  Screen locks in position and I have control of the mouse cursor, but no keyboard input at all and no "mouse look".  I could use the mouse to highlight tiles and objects, could access the drop-down menu for each, but could not manipulate the camera at all no matter what I tried.  Waited for client to respond, but ultimately had to log out and back in to correct each incident.  Not sure if this is relevant, but I notice that each incident occurred on or near a bridge. 

 

EDIT:  Each embarking incident occurred while embarking as commander.  Also, this happened on 2 separate PCs, 3 incidents on one PC and 1 incident on the other PC.  Was in-game for several hours when the first incident occurred but since I had to re-log each time it happened, I was in-game for much shorter periods leading up to the last 3 occurrences.  Was running a single client on each PC at different times, stable client (v. 3.99zf) on both.  Today was the first time this bug has happened for me.  Hope these added details help.

I am now  getting similar crashes when client randomly disconnects and then re-connects, just before it repaints terrain (this may be same as the camera freeze bug), causes java launcher to crash.

The random d/c issue has been ongoing for months and is detailed in another thread, though the camera freeze/repaint crash I've only noticed the last week or two. I have also had the cart/boat mount camera freeze issue - always as commander.

 

I have also noticed that the toolbelt icons are randomly selected with the tile being one of green/black/white (not sure if this is relevant/connected to the issue)
