Posted May 9, 2016 When mining some copper on my deed I have found that the copper vein is highly temperamental. After hitting the copper vein 17 times it has only yielded 3 ores. No other ores are distinguishable in the nearby area and the event tab only shows three ores being yielded as well. Most of the time it just says "You start to mine." Any thoughts? Posted May 9, 2016 First thought that comes to mind is extreme lag, but it's not that, right?
Posted May 9, 2016 Right. I'm able to continue to the next mining action without an ore given the previous one. Also no lag spikes or anything either.
Posted May 9, 2016 And what happens if you mine another ore tile?
Posted May 9, 2016 is it a natural copper vein or one that was made using transmutation?

Does mining forward or down or up give you different results?
Posted May 9, 2016 (edited) When I mine a nearby iron vein it yields ore as usual. It's a natural copper vein. I wasn't using a keybind to mine in this instance. Mining forward, down, or up all give the same results. Edited May 9, 2016 by Tridek
Posted May 9, 2016 Sounds like a bugged tile more than anything else by now, maybe best to file a support ticket.
Posted May 9, 2016 Information gathered and forwarded to the devs. Thanks to Tridek for taking the time to troubleshoot the vein while I took notes.
Posted May 24, 2016 This particular vein has been fixed and the issue that would cause this in the future has also been fixed.
