Posted April 24, 2016 it was a cold foggy morning in the lands of pristine, the duck ninja clan as usual were up to no good hiding in the bushes and mocking people as they walked by, bullying the frogs as the owls sat on thier favorite branches and watched , waiting for a free meal, but one of the frogs has had enough this day and finds the courage to stand up to the ducks, he spots a discarded newbie rake in the brush nearby and brandishes it as a weapon, as he approaches one of the ducks picking on his frog friends he raises the rake and takes a deep breath, ready to let out a war cry, when suddenly a great force radiating out from a point nearby pushes them all aside, a whoooooooshing sound skaters the snakes and fireflies and and an orb of light appears at the point, it fluxes and transforms an appears to be a female spirit fighting against a pain that binds her to this place, as the light slowly fades the energy of this spirit begins to become solid matter. some kind of creature descends into a pile on the ground. the light is all she sees, her vision is blurred but slowly gets clearer, consciousness seeps into her mind, she begins to have thoughts, "who am i? what am i?" "why am i here?" "where is here?" still groggy she pulls herself up onto her paws "wait i have paws? my skin feels funny... a bit furry.." she tries to speak but only growls. the sound of a fish splashing in the water catches her attention. as her head whips over the reflection of light through a canopy tree strikes her as beautiful, "i think im hungry .. and thirsty.. so thirsty" her stomach growls too, she pulls herself over to the water and begins drinking without regard to anything, when she is a bit more quenched her gaze locks onto the fish again, swimming in the pool nearby, as she is about to strike the water becomes calm enough and she catches a glimps of her reflection, it startles her a bit as she does not recognize this creature, she remembers being human, she remembers her name... "Ayuna" she recalls, but her memory grows foggy again, and her instincts scream inside her to find food she feels aggressive and mean and she looks down noticing her claws digging into the ground, she almost feels like she could run faster than she ever had in any incarnation she was before, and she is not afraid of anything. preparing to test out her new legs she stretches her body out long, when at that moment she is jerked forward as if she is controlled by forces that are not her own, though she does not feel threatened, she approaches an man with a golden beard wielding a staff with a shiny blue gem affixed to its end. she felt that this was her master and she would obey his orders if he so chose to speak.. but the man just stood there and admired her presents for a moment, but then the man readies his sword in his other hand and pointed it forward tward a raging battle of men againts a giant beast wielding a massive club. she had been summoned into existence in the form of a worg by an evil sorcerer named aum, he was once a good wurmian but slowly corrupted by the power of blood and shinies. she had no idea what was in store for her but she marched forward into the fight as the evil aum lowered his helmet over his dark eyes... to be continued... disclaimer, i wrote this while i was asleep. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
