      Forum update completed   04/24/17

      We are aware of issues with Firefox and Edge, if you are having issues you can use Chrome in the meantime. Continuing on from the migration of the forums, todays update addressed a few bugs such as changing profile pictures and account settings. Other bugs with posting and such will continue to be worked on.

Add "MINE" to the configuration file along with the other actions. I tested and it works just fine. Shards go onto the ground but works non the less.

Hey bdew love your mods your doing a great job and thank you for sharing them with us. 

 

I have a small problem with the Hotsfixes. Mycelium is not spreading around my spawn area, I have the tiles gm protected and the area has a deed and towers, no altars. it was spreading before but has stopped. Please help thanks :)

Try removing GM protection, i'm pretty sure it prevents Myc spreading along with most other TilePoller effects.

Would you add to Action Timers Fix, a fix for TileBehaviour.Forage and the calculation of time for rummaging on rock tiles?

I looked at editing this into a mod myself but my java sux, so I thought I might post it here to see if you will consider the edit.

Idea is to remove the deep water check when you are a GM, so GM can use flatten, level to make deeper river areas faster.

in behaviour/Flattening.java there is this.

if ((tilex - 2 < 0) || (tilex + 2 > 1 << Constants.meshSize) || (tiley - 2 < 0) || (tiley + 2 > 1 << Constants.meshSize))

if you hooked in a check for player power to be say more than 1, then any GM lvl 2 + should be able to use level and flatten in deeper water but still leave all other checks in tact, like rock and such.

if ((tilex - 2 < 0) || (tilex + 2 > 1 << Constants.meshSize) || (tiley - 2 < 0) || (tiley + 2 > 1 << Constants.meshSize) && 1 < performer.getPower() )

At least that is how my limited java experience sees the code working.

Er.... what mod are you talking about?

 

The code you posted checks for the tile to be in the bounds of the map and nothing to do with depth. And you don't want to change that because it will just not work and/or crash when you try to modify a tile outside the map...

yup you are right, I didn't search hard enough for what I was looking for.

Found what I was looking for in Terraforming.java but it won't be a single line fix, I'll work on it some more  =(

  • Added a fix for vanilla allowing HotS players to bash houses they don't have permission to.
  • Update properties file, add disableWallBashing=true to properties file to activate

Off deed. On deed it's not a problem since the deed permissions do apply, but off deed the check was skipped for HotS players and behaved like on a PVP server for them.
