Looking for villagers/caretakers/new players

I have 2 deeds on exodus, one at the base of Tundra Mountain, The Jungle, with easy access to highway/ships and another in the wilds of Wolf Island South, So Close.

 

The Tundra Mtn deed has a small mine with iron with room to build a small house and the south deed has room for several buildings and mines close by.

 

If you are interested in doing your own thing, but not quite ready to deed your own land this is a great opportunity to try out a deed without the trouble of someone looking over your shoulder every minute. If needed I can set a new player up with armor/weapons/tools, livestock, horses and basic supplies to get you started.
