Looking for villagers/caretakers/new players

The deed is located near the shores of Crystal Lake, it has a fairly large mine and room to build your own buildings if you so wanted to.

 

If you are interested in doing your own thing, but not quite ready to deed your own land this is a great opportunity to try out a deed without the trouble of someone looking over your shoulder every minute. If needed I can set a new player up with armor/weapons/tools, livestock, horses and basic supplies to get you started.
