Posted August 28, 2015 Cannot start the test client (with the new launcher) on Ubuntu 14.04 JavaFX Application preview window pops up for half a second, progress bar runs to 100% then nothing happens.Tried on two computers,Ubuntu 14.04LTS 64-bit,Oracle Java 8: java version "1.8.0_60"Java SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_60-b27)Java HotSpot 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.60-b23, mixed mode)No other java present on the computer One comp is NVIDIA proprietary, the other is Intel integrated with default driver.Both load fine the legacy launcher and the game Tried to clear Java cache, no success. Posted August 29, 2015 (edited) Tried to load on a Win7 machine, the new launcher starts there fine.Launcher works fine, yes... but you're not going to get very far. There's no "play" button. If there is, it's ridiculously hidden.Apparently, if there is a pack update, the start button (which is at the top-center of the GUI) says the word "downloading".
