Just milked my female sheep and put it in the crafting window with the cheese drill. It's giving me the option to make Buffalo cheese. Lmao!

Edited to add:

Milked the female bison. Instead of Buffalo cheese coming up in the crafting window, it's just regular cheese.

Love the new milk/cheese options! Going to make cooking more fun. :)

Be carefull with calling it feta, that names is protected like cognac can only be produced in the cognac area, In Denmark all the products that where formerly known as feta but not produced in greece, are now called white cheese cubes.

Maybe its time you step back and take a break man.

Its a bunch of pixels in a virtual world, Denominated Origin products don't apply to virtual instances of those...

Yay for new animals!... but what's the point of adding new foodstuffs when the whole system is broken?  The only viable item is meals for nutrition, everything else is too much work for no gain. :(

You don't have a massive crab farm? Magic meat, man. You don't even know.

Agreed with previous poster on it being buggy.

Milking sheep creates "Sheep Milk", which has an iron fishing hook icon (???).

Option with cheese drill is to create buffalo cheese, which seems contrary to the notes, and it does in fact create a buffalo cheese.  (GUI and mechanic should be feta).

Further, you cannot have more than 1 kg worth in a bucket at any time (unlike regular milk), so have to keep swapping it out to another container like a small barrel.

Milking bison creates "Bison Milk", which has the normal milk icon.

Option with cheese drill is to create cheese (plain old regular cheese), though it DOES create a buffalo cheese in reality.  (GUI menu bug should be buffalo cheese).

I did not test the carrying 1 kg max in bucket/swap out thing with the bison milk.

MIrax,  I found that I could milk a sheep, pour it into a barrel and then add other sheep milk to it at the time of my test yesterday. That allowed for a bigger volume of milk to create cheese with.

Bison milk was able to be collect from multiple bison into one container during the same test.

However, I definitely agree with all the other information. :)
