Posted April 12, 2015 (edited) I think this is a common occurrence on win 8.1 when disabling glsl and/or the others when using intel integrated graphics What type of machine do you have? is it a laptop with dual graphics cards? Do you have an Nvidia or AMD graphic card in it too? It is not a processor issue in any case, it is a graphic card issue. I will need a little bit more info about your system to give an accurate fix. Posted April 12, 2015 http://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/116972-skin-mess-ups/ This might help. Do not disable GLSL Shader, FBO, and VBO support. And right click desktop and you may find graphic card setting.
Posted April 12, 2015 Right click desktop and go to the control panel for the graphics card, if its nvidia under 3d settings change it to use high performance in the general tab.

Posted April 22, 2015 same problem here amd r9 270x graphics card Do you have glsl and /or vbo or any other compatibility options off? With this graphics card you should not need to do that. Enable glsl (and perhaps some others) and it should not happen
