Posted February 28, 2015 (edited) On the south coast of the Inner Sea lies Willow Vale Deeps, a quiet and peaceful village nestled among the foothills at the base of the Mag Scar Mountain (does it actually have a proper name?) As the title says, there are houses available for anyone new or returning to the game so they have a place to stay before they establish their own deed, or can settle in and become a permanent resident. Location location location: - The deed can support 34 animals, with an off deed pasture/dairy herd planned, so lots of grooming if you want to work on your animal husbandry. - Very close to the coastline, so you can spend some relaxing leisure time with a spot of fishing. - An extensive mine with lots of space to expand if you want to go poking around underground. - A good chunk of the deed is used for farming, with space available for more fields if you want to grow anything specific, and I don`t use the animal hides, so a tailor could have lots of material to work with. - Tundra/steppe area nearby, which has seen an increased number of mob spawns lately. - Heavily forested - No obligations towards deed upkeep, and none to do any work on any of the 'projects' I have planned, which in no particular order are: Wage war on the bushes and fruit trees overrunning the area Improve the surrounding road network Smooth out abandoned terraforming so the ground is more easily ridable Flatten some areas for use as tree/crop farming or animal grazing Possibly alter part of the harbour area for use as a rice/reed farm Expand and consolidate the steppe and tundra Increase woodland The one and only condition (that I can currently think of anyway) is that you don`t mine veins with a rubbish pickaxe and waste the ore because you want skill. Either contact me on forums, or ingame (also Kaldari) if you want to know anything else. Oh, and I`m in the UK so usually on in the GMT evenings, although part of a very mixed alliance Edited June 12, 2016 by Kaldari Needed done

Posted March 28, 2016 Free bump from one player to another because I relate to what you said about waging war with bushes and trees overrunning the area. lol I recently finished a war campaign inside the castle wall-area of my own deed, and converted the land into lawn to prevent a resurgence. Good luck to you!

I`m almost scared to look outside my deed, I bet when I do, there will be hordes of bushes glaring back at me
Posted June 16, 2016 Hi Kaldari, I'm new to the game and after spending about 20 hours just wandering around the map checking stuff out saw your post and went looking. I haven't actually located this spot (that I'm aware of anyway) but have been hanging out near Albia Gardens working on skills so I'm probably somewhere nearby. I'd love to come check your spot out sometime Name in-game is DocBrawn.
