Posted February 21, 2015 (edited) Hey folks! So it seems I have a spare deed that I don't need, and I would like to sell it. I acquired it from Fujiwara several months ago. I'm disbanding my deeds that are not on Pristine, and this one is the best of the lot. So rather than flat out disbanding it, I would like to see it go to someone who may get some use out of it. The deed is located at N22 on the ingame map. Right along the coast, just a bit northwest of Bayview. I am looking for 10s for everything that is included below! Now for some informational bits: The deed does have a trader, but after the money distribution changes I've been getting barely a couple of copper a month. There's one large building that has many forges, BSBs filled with raw materials of varying quality (mostly rocks, dirt, sand and some ores) As well as a couple of outlying buildings with beds and a handful of other items. Some screenshots in the spoilers below. (Sorry about the poor quality, currently on a laptop that's little better than a calculator) The workshop: A couple of smaller buildings east of the workshop: (The top building has some beds, nothing special) And another (unfinished, lacks a floor and a roof) living space on the north end of the deed: (The trader is in a 3x3 building on the other side of this one. No screenshot because it's rather unremarkable.) Some other interesting bits:There is a mailbox with a 91 courier cast on the north end of the deed.A freedom guard tower lies just off deed on the north west corner.Has a mine mostly filled with varying QLs of tin. There is a vein or two of (lowish ql) iron just off deed in the same mine.A gold altar for each of the white-light deities inside of the workshop (Around 34ql) Magranon is the dominant presence.Package includes 2 5-speed horses, a wagon and two large carts! And some stuff you should know:While Fuji handed me all the keys s/he could find, there are a couple that were missing when I bought the deed. Including one for one of the BSBs inside the workshop. All of the other bins are unlocked.A gate for the animal pen just south of the workshop is also missing a key. (Shouldn't be much of an issue though, You can pass it when you take the deed.
