well somehow I missed the original firestorm a few years back. It cascaded into media discussion of cyberbullying, Gawker vs 4chan, and more.

 

I am having doubts now whether I should have reposted it here, and I can go back and delete it if people feel it should never have been reposted, but for those who want more background there are these articles from DailyDot as it all gets even more messy than it sounds in those videos. 

 

I was in the "What the ..." group when I saw it for the first time today. 

 

I'll delete the original post if people think it is inappropriate even for Off Topic.

It's definately not old, Gawker is still cyberbullying everyone with a different opinion. But it's probably too much politics for wurm.
