Spyglasses for 12 month premium? - And bugged Consecutively month

So i *hear* people are getting this in the e-mail. Is it true or fake?

 

Your next award is Item: Spyglass which will occur when you have 11 months of premium time since this program started (you currently have 10 since then).

All 6 of my accounts are bugged: All those accounts should also be at 10 months. 

 

I have asked in freedom chat, and MANY, MANY people already have the 10 month title, while 2 of my accounts are still sitting at 8. How is that even possible? Is this going to be another bug never to be fixed leaving people unfair advantages for getting their rewards earlier? Specially if they are good items?

The spyglass reward is true. Why should it be a fake? Several people had mails with that message in it. So be happy

So it does not have to be consecutive 11 months? I am all for long term rewards like this it is better than giving away this kind of stuff for Christmas gifts. I can see how people that paid good money might feel about it too but we just need to keep that in mind when we buy our things from now on.

 

At least the next one probably won't be till 23 months so we have a ways before we have to worry about what comes next.

Seems like they would make a lesser spyglass and give that away, maybe made from a lesser metal rather than bottom out the market on an semi rare item.  Or maybe bind it to char with no trading.

hm  wonder how they track this..i have paid prem consecutively all year..and it shows me as [23:32:27] You have been premium a total of 8 since Dec 2013..never went unpremium and well the month is almost up in september so i'm missing a month too  i pay on 4accts..this has got my curiousity..esp as i've always been cookoo for cocoa puffs about spyglases

Titles on Parasiticentity: Rider of Lomare (missing the chieftain for some reason)

 

The have never ever ran out of prem (I always pay for another year the moment the option comes available again).

 

But 9 months seems right, doesnt it? (dec, jan, feb, mar, apr, may, june, july, aug = 9 when sept is over, that should make 10, so when okt is over we are at 11 and get the new loyalty gift?)

All my chararcters prem time is set to zero since december 2013 and I have been prem on them all for that time... now, thanks to this post I know I am not getting my rewards properly and I know that if I raise a support call nothing will happen.
