Item received and payment sent. Excellent speed pick with high QL. At 90+ mining shaved off 4.5 seconds on a 6 que. Even faster mining when only stacking 3 actions, all close to 3 seconds. The CoC on it means little to me. Don't expect to use a pick like this for skill gains anyway and true the CoC has no effect on reducing the speed, just only attempts to compensate for skill reduction gains on it.
