Posted July 22, 2014 (edited) This deed is a 22x22 so makes it a 1s upkeep deed and it has a complete castle built on it with a breeding section in the castle walls. It has clay just off deed protected by the perimeter, 18 tiles of the breeding section are enchanted grass and it is a waterfront deed. It also has an exposed rock tile ready to open a mine but i just never got around to opening it up.
