  3. Would it be possible to enable players to use the mouse scroll wheel to activate the "next" or "previous" item in the toolbelt? For instance, if you currently have the item in slot 1 active, scrolling downwards one time would activate the item in slot 2, and vice versa. Ideally scrolling would wrap around, so if you have the item in the leftmost slot active and scrolled up, the rightmost toolbelt slot would now be active. Using the scroll wheel to switch active items is a pretty standard feature in many games from different genres as a complement to the number row. Enabling players to rapidly scroll through every item in their toolbelt would streamline the item switching process and it would in particular make slot 6-10 easier to access, something which is currently somewhat complicated by the fact that it's generally harder to reach the right-most end of the numerical keyboard row.
