  4. It looks like they have almost fixed the rare cart bug! I was sailing across a small lake to my deed on Xanadu at night and notices a glow from a distance. Sure enough it was my rare cart glowing away like it used to! I did a little testing and it seems that as soon as I am within 14 tiles the glow effect stops.
