Was not sure where to put this but yeah, what does it mean? It does not seem to effect reputation on the forums, like the love heart. So, what does it mean? Meow? How cute? I've wondered about it since I came to the forums... But never asked, just assumed.

I was wondering if it is possible to change the name on my Account? When I first started playing it was with a character named Kementari with the regular launcher, but she is long gone and I now play with Indigoe on Steam as my main. It gets confusing for some people when my posts say Kementari instead of Indigoe. If there was a way to do it in setting I could not see it. Thank you - Indigoe

I recently had an interaction that, really I should have seen coming. I posted a thing, and Person A complimented me about it, I responded to Person A's comment with "Cat Face" ... and Person A contacted me privately to ask why I responded so negatively to the compliment. Of course it was a misunderstanding. Here's why: When I finally got on the forums, I wasn't sure what the cat face meant .... so I searched the forums for a post explaining what the cat meant. I found this: And that gave me the impression that "cat" is an alternative reaction face that could be good or bad or whatever. And since, cats on social media tend to be about enjoyment, wasting time, cute things, and feeling happy... I just went with it. What I did not consider was that there are only 2 reaction emoji available on the forums. Now that somebody pointed it out to me, I can completely see how the cat face could be negative - since the heart icon is obviously positive and since there's only one other icon, people will naturally assign a negative meaning to it. If the Cat face was truly intended to be a neutral or general response option, we need to disrupt the obvious positive/negative binary. My suggestion is: Please give forum users a "not-positive" emoji of some kind - a thumbs down, or a troll face, or something. I understand that we want to focus on and promote positivity within our community, so I can see this being something that is very carefully considered. Another option is to break the +/- binary by introducing a couple additional "general" or "neutral" options like a sprout, a dog face, a strawberry, etc. Players would make of them what they will, but there would be fewer miscommunications because of the binary implication. . . . . PS - If I have given you a "cat face" reaction, please understand... I'm good with books. I'm good with animals. I am not so good with people. The highest compliment I pay a person is to compare that person to (a) a book, or (b) an animal. Sorry for any miscommunications this might have caused. 💜

I've been back at this thing for a couple weeks now and I can't seem to get forums to work right. Every post I make won't refresh, until I manually refresh the browser. I hit the back button and it just loops me right back to where I was when I clicked the back button. I randomly seem to make double posts or PMs. Is this a Firefox issue or do we have a problem with the forums host? What happened to the server populations list? Thank you in advance for your advice/answers! -Wurmhole

If you are having issues with things outside of the game, please post here so the reports don't get lost in the server or client bug threads or in other areas of the forum. It would be great if you could preface your post TITLE with the specific area you are reporting. For example: [Forums] My text only displays in Wingding Font [Website] Clicking the Wurm Online icon takes me to Page not Found [Shop] The shop page will not open in Firefox [Registration] I've been waiting for 3 days for my email [Mail] The newsletter arrived but it's black text on black background Please do NOT post personal or private information when reporting a problem (like your passwords or full email address, etc.) With email issues, it's often important that you report your email domain, like Yahoo or Gmail or AOL. If more information is needed, you will be instructed here how to proceed.

Eh change... scary, scary change. Well, when time allows, I would like to have the colors for each pmk and kingdom available as forum theme options. Nothing fancy per say, just the base colors would be fine. I present the Empire of MR colors (sure there's other kingdoms... but I don't care! ):

Please intergrate new features as an additive to the better forum version (before update), I looked at everything new some decent ideas. Some are just for kicks o yeah why not lets add this or that. None are a must, the scheme and layout are not desirable by long time users, new is bad to most people even if its better, but in this case it's not quite on the the better end, only a few bells n whistles added, Its alot more organized. I would say add a option to convert to Classic Theme in profile options vs New update layout / theme. -
Okay since we have not gotten any news and i was not in-game long enough to have seen any messages broadcast if there were any so i have to ask... Why were the forums down last night?

How about the possibility of adding sub forums to the current "want to sell' and "want to buy" parts of the forums. A Sub forum for each server that is imbedded into the main one would allow people who want to market to their server specificaly can. This would allow people who want to sell cluster wide have ther post not get drowned out by "local" market type adverts. Also people could more easily find what they are looking for on their server or see if they need to expand their search to a longer range. Also a cluster specific price check area or basic market information sharing part of the forum wouldn't be bad to help remove clutter from the actually buisness part of the forum. -
My enter button has stopped working to advance to the next line here on the forums. I have tired in both the simple reply box and the advanced option and now that I am here it is not working here ether. I have switched over to internet explorer 10 today with my new windows 8 pc being completed but not sure if that would cause anything like this. Is it something to do with my settings or with IE10 somehow? Is anyone else having the same issue?

With the new "Like this post" availabilty. It would be neat to have a "Total Likes" under a post count. So it would read something like Fitzgerald 6 Posts 3 Likes Kind of giving the person the recognization that perhaps he or she actually makes valid posts, rather than some of the non-sence that comes across.
