  1. A fairly large rare wagon designed to be dragged by four animals. This is a very rare and interesting version of the item. It is locked with a lock of very poor quality. It is made from thorn. You must use a file to smooth out the wagon in order to improve it. Ql: 87.63629, Dam: 0.0. It has the Uncovered Wagon skin applied to it. Beautiful hand-crafted rare arch wood thorne green large wagon with cash shop skin applied to remove the visual blocking tarp. I will include four lvl 95 draft mules or bison hitched to the wagon (your choice.) This is a rare wagon, so it pulsates and glows. Starting bid: 5s Increment (minimum): 1 s Buyout: NO Reserve: NO Sniper Protection: 15 minutes (bids placed in final 60 seconds will activate an additional 15 minute timer) Private Bids: not accepted Pick up at Q21 Haven Hill Stables in Harmony, or delivery to outer coastal deeds for 2 silver.
  2. When foraging or botanizing a node, OR when cutting down a tree, on a slope, the last action causes a large cart to tilt. To replicate this: Drive the large cart up to a node or tree which is on a slight slope, until the horses are standing on the node or tree. Disembark the cart by right clicking on the horse and choosing disembark. You should be standing slightly behind the front of the cart, making sure you are standing facing forward so that you can see the front of the cart and the horses and the node/tree. Forage or botanize the node, or cut down the tree with a hatchet in the normal way. After the last action, the cart will tilt or slope. There is no reason the cart should tilt or slope after the last action. Obviously the node or tree *tile* has been updated after the last action, and this is causing the angle of the cart to shift suddenly. I've noticed it for some time with tree tiles, and it never seemed out of place that the ground should shift after the felling of a huge tree, but when foraging a tiny little node such as Mints, it's a bit weird that the cart moves suddenly! Please have a look at this and then please let us know whether this is a bug or a feature!
  3. I'm not certain if this has been proposed previously, but I'm curious as to why we experience a reduction in stamina when riding a horse or a cart/wagon, yet we do not lose stamina when riding a boat. One of the key aspects of efficient transportation is avoiding the reduction in stamina that commonly occurs when utilizing horses, carts, or wagons. By eliminating this issue, individuals can ensure a smoother and more reliable means of moving goods and traveling from place to place. QUOTE BY RETRO Please feel free to leave your feedback on whether or not this is something that should be changed.
  4. Are you like me and have a sieve for brains? Are you loosing track of you carts and vehicles and are always looking for them? Look no further! This mod allows you to take an empty piece of paper to create a Writ of ownership for your cart or vehicle. If a priest blesses this writ you can activate it and right click your body in the character window to search the cart. This will damage the writ a bit. Download: https://github.com/Arathok/Wurm-Unlimited-Hey-Man-Where-is-My-Cart/releases Its a server mod, as always!

  7. What the title says! It would be good to have small carts pulled by one donkey or one sheep (or perhaps rams only?), and be lead by the player. The advantage would be less slowdown than pulling the cart onesself. Also it would be frigging adorable! Otherwise the small cart would remain unchanged, same weight, same capacity.
  8. I have just been watching Dracaa's stream, and watched her lead 4 horses up to the wagon and then have to go through the process of hitching each one in turn using the menu. It is apparently possible to set a key-bind for 'hitch', but that still means at least 1 key would need to be pressed 4 times. I am just thinking it might be easier and faster if there were a 'Hitch All' option. This would mean that if you are leading several animals using a halter rope, or separate ropes, clicking 'Hitch All' (or using a key-bind for 'Hitch All') would fill all remaining empty animal positions on the wagon with any animals being led. Examples: Before 'Hitch All' After 'Hitch All' Leading 4 0 Empty Wagon Positions 4 0 Animals on Wagon 0 4 Before 'Hitch All' After 'Hitch All' Leading 4 2 Empty Wagon Positions 2 0 Animals on Wagon 2 4 Before 'Hitch All' After 'Hitch All' Leading 2 0 Empty Wagon Positions 3 1 Animals on Wagon 1 3 Before 'Hitch All' After 'Hitch All' Leading 4 2 Empty Cart Positions 2 0 Animals on Cart 0 2 I'm not the first to think of this as the following posts show!

  11. I'd like for the vehicles to have 'hooks'. Certain items could be attached to these hooks, and then become part of the vehicle. The most obvious is a lantern. Would function just like a lamp, but attached to your cart or corbita. They'd increase vehicle weight, but wouldn't take storage space or slow it down. Some possibilities for attachable items would be: Lanterns/Hanging Lamps Banners Water Barrel Toolbox Hitching hooks (hitch a horse that's being led) Compass There are probably a lot of other possibilities... 12. Forgive me if I'm not in the correct section of the forum as I'm not sure what types of bugs these are exactly. There are three I keep experiencing: - Inside caves, a body of water will reflect the sky and trees above it from above ground as opposed to showing nothing or a cave ceiling. - When I enter a cave embarked on a large cart with two horses pulling it, one of the horses will often disappear, only to show back up after leaving the cave. - In my backpack, items with damage don't display the corresponding damage color like in the inventory. They just stay white like before the color update to damage numbers. Any help is appreciated. o/

  15. Hello. It often happens to give permissions to other players to rack, ships, wagons, carts, bsb; permissions to be passenger, to hold and so on. It is possible to deny the permissions, but the name remains in the list anyway, so slowly the list become longer and longer. I would like to see, next to "deny permissions", the option "remove player from the list", In this way it would be easier to menage our properties.
  16. A common issue that I've seen in the CA HELP channel that seems to cause new players issues is that they lose access when taking an unowned cart onto a deed. From what they say they are unable to move the cart afterward. There is a notification for boats and tents which covers some permissions information but it seems like the carts are left out.
  17. If your cart normally goes 20km/h, change it to 15 with a heavy load and 25 when light (or empty). Seems more natural. Maybe a little less on the slowdown and more up the speed boost for light? This happens with riding a horse. Why do wagons and carts ignore extra weight?
  18. I wonder if it would be possible, and desirable, to have a visible indicator than animals are hitched to a wagon or cart? My idea would be that when you hitch a horse, bull, unicorn, hellhorse, or bison, a yoke would be applied to the animals model, making it seem slightly more like the animal is hitched to the vehicle rather than walking in front of it, unattached by any means other than strong strands of air. Even if the yoke is only attached to the animal and not to the actual cart or wagon, I feel like it will still help; but if its possible to actually make them part of the wagon model and scale the animal into it, that would be grand. They could be as elaborate, or as simple as whatever is desired, traditionally, equines get nicer yokes.... than bovines do.
  19. I've relogged and the horses are fine, until I embark again, then this: Cart seems to work just fine. Just looks like I am mounted directly on the pair of horses wearing a cart. Edit: Doesn't happen to me with the Stable client.
  20. every time i enter or leave a mine, while on my wagon or lg cart. my horses get messed up.i can still move like normal , but the horses are not where there normally hitched,, at one point 1 horse was facing the wrong way. i have tried unhitching and re hitching. but as soon as i enter or leave a mine. same thing happens server - Exo char. 21. There are several threads that all talk about range issues in one way or another. I thought I would lump them together a bit. 1. Please increase our pickup/load/access container range while mounted on carts & wagons. Currently it is noticeably less than when on foot. 2. Please increase (even more) the ranges while mounted on boats/ships. 3. Please allow us to open cargo on carts, wagons and ships, if near any part of the vehicle. Not have to run over to the captains seat to access. 4. Please increase our range on felled trees, to chop and pickup (mounted or not). If not, just "Wurm logic" then down to a tiny 1 tile sized graphic, once they are chopped down. Of all of these, the mounted range to pickup items or access containers is what bugs me the most. With vehicles no longer following slopes, it can be frustrating when on a steep slope and you have to turn this way and that way, just to try getting the item viewable under your cart, to pick up through the cracks of your floor boards. If there is some really important reason why not, please let us know, so we can make suggestions on fixing that issue too.
  22. So ages ago we had carts and boats follow slopes. Carts were easier to see out of and boats sucked hard at entering canals. Now boats slide into canals like (insert description here), but carts and wagons are infuriating to drive on slopes. Is there any really, really important reason we can't split the code here and have carts not look stupid, while boats continue gliding into canals without climbing mountains?
  23. Why not allow hellhorses to stay hitched past aged but link the ability to drive the cart to the driver's skills? Same as captaining ships, you can't captain bigger ships without the required skills. The horses can be hitched but the cart can't be driven so will effectively be useless unless the driver has the skills, which will not only encourage people to get the required skills if they want to have a hellhorse cart, but also stop the worry about these valuable horses going missing via unhitching. Which means, one hellie has a certain skill, two (on a cart or wagon) has higher (say ten more on bc), three has higher, four has higher (so you can't just have four hellhorses on a wagon without the required skill). This can be adapted to the ql of the bridles and wagons and carts too, higher ql gear and vehicles mean slightly lower skill needed.
  24. Simple idea... If you are currently embarked on a vehicle, the context menu on that vehicle now includes an additional item, Change Position. The submenu would list all available vehicle positions. Clicking one would move you to that position. This would allow people to ride in whichever slot they prefer on a ship, instead of trying to get people to embark in the right order. I'm not seeing any downsides or unintended consequences... and it seems like it would be a frequently used option. JS
