I want to sell my two deeds on South-West Exodus. They are located at south Wolf Island, next to each other (6.5x 45y and 6x 45y). Agria Harbour is a small harbour deed (27 by 19) with direct connection to the sea. It's nicely terraformed, with paved roads, but it has no buildings yet. There's a mine with an utmost iron vein. It has more than 3 silvers in its coffers. Price is: 13s. Agria Gardens is a bit larger (37 by 25). It's basically a farm deed with stables (5 speed horses, they are included) and with a nice residential area with unfinished buildings. There's a mine with a lot of zinc, iron, and silver veins.
