  9. Hey Nezzy, I've got a moderately sized 21x46 tile deed located halfway up a mountain in southwestern Independence. I currently maintain the deed by myself and am in an alliance with a few other deeds in the area. I've been playing for years and have a diverse skill set and am currently looking for one person to live on the deed and enjoy the great views with me. I have no requirements, expectations or deadlines from you. Room and board are set up and waiting, I have lots of on-going, never ending projects terraforming and designing the land on the mountain around me. A quick 5 minute tunnel trip will take you out to a broad and mostly empty valley with plenty of space for you to do your own thing.
