i found the problem. I have some internet browsers, and one of them has uninstalled antivirus, I've just deleted .exe file of this antivirus (was layed in browser folder). I hope this will help someone in the future.

I've tried to running as admin, but it's also unsuccessful. And i checked updates, Steam writes: no need updates.

I bought this game in the Steam. I tried to rebooting steam (I even tried to reinstall steam), and i updaed Java to last vers, but it didn't help.
