  1. i have fixed the issue. as i have tried to reupdate the driver before it would not allow it. I had to do an advanced startup and stop the computer from checking driver signatures then manually install the driver.
  2. my drivers are up to date. I did not have the "pixel format not accelerated" error until i changed from windows 7 to windows 10. if that helps at all
  3. game crashes after i click start button here is the error message holy crash batman Could not create window with selected width and height. The error was: <Pixel format not accelerated> thank you for any help that you can give me.
