  1. Wow where to start as they are so awful in all aspects Tech Support and Billing. As for tech support it takes 24 hrs to respond, This is acceptable but they will respond usually with some dumb response that doesn't resolve the issue and then when you reply back that the issue is still not resolved they ignore you and close the case after 3 days for no response. They where the person who didn't respond. I had to re-open a ticket twice because they did not respond except for the very first BS reply. I finally got help after opening multiple tickets complaining about the horrible support. In Billing, Sales and Abuse before they resolved the issue. Now for there billing tactics, When I signed up their system insisted I pay in British pounds. And I accepted. Well after the vote on Britain leaving the EU the pound dropped. So they figured the best way to handle a drop in revenue was to wait until my pre-approved payment went through and then immediately suspend my account saying I owed them money. I checked my paypal and I had payed them on time and the exact amount we had agreed on. Well when I inquired what was going on they stated because of the drop in the pound they needed me to pay in US dollars sure it would still work out around the same in Canadian. The issue was I got no notice and was blind sided with this then my server was held in ransom until I payed them more, after I had already payed them in the currency the originally asked for. it took me three weeks to get this resolved. they finally dropped the extra charges for the month as long as I change my billing over to US which I agreed to, but I had payed for a full month and only got less than a week out of it, They refuse to compensate as there attitude was it wasn't there fault the Pound dropped. Well it wasn't my fault either. That is what happens when you pay in international Currency and it was their decision for me to pay in Pounds so as far as I was concern that was their risk to take as I am sure if the Pound had gone up they would not of refunded me the difference. So stay away from them.
  2. I am looking for Mature Wurm Players (as in Maturity and not necessary age). This is a private server with all 3 fractions. I have added 3 Mods to the server, One for lowering deed costs which are set to 1 iron per tile and 100 iron per Templar. Also a mod that prevents crops from decaying and another that tells you the seasons. What I am looking for is players who enjoy the co-op aspect of Wurm as In building and going on adventures to take on the Dragons and Creature Kings together. Even compete in some events and the occasional PVP (thus the 3 Fractions). At the moment we have around 5 players that are on regular at least 1-3 times a week. (I am on almost every day) And 13 players that pop in once in a while. It would be nice to have more regular players. The server has been running for 4 months and I have no plans to take it down even if no one else joins as it is cheaper for me to pay for the server than it is to pay for premium for Wurm online. (and my deed online would be around 73 silver per month). The server has 50 Slots and if I need to increase it for whatever reasons that is not a big issue as long as people are playing on it and having fun.     Thanks for the quick response and fix. Everything is working as I believe it is suppose to. I have the min set to 2 copper for drain and my drain for a deed that costs (1 silver 53 copper 13 iron) is now 19 copper and 99 iron for drain. My deed has 2 silver 53 copper and 13 iron in the bank. I have not had any feed back from players with smaller deeds I am hoping they are hit with the 2 copper min as their deeds would be smaller. Mine is at 19.99 copper I am assuming because of the amount I have in bank and cost of upkeep. Will update when I find out. Once again Thanks for a great Mod and the quick response.     Okay I saw you had yours set to min 25 copper (2500) so I adjusted mine from 25 iron (25) to 2 copper (200) in case it was having a issue with the smaller numbers. Yet no change in the settlement Upkeep windows it stayed the same at 75 copper.

    Thanks that was it moved up one so it was in ../mods and not in ../mods/upkeepcosts/ Now I have a new issue with the mod. It has the deed drain set to 75 copper. I have tried changing it in the upkeepcosts property file. both in the ../mods folder even went into the adventure.c folder and changed then deleted it from there. Still the drain says 75 copper. I even went so far as to delete folders except for the adventure.c and my backup folder I then went into the adventure.c folder deleted the mod folder and everything in it. I then re-uploaded the server files from steam to the server. installed the modloader added the correct upkeepcosts file with min_drain set to 25. And started the server and all settings where what the file was set to except drain is still set at 75 copper. This is way to much as it can drain a town in a few days. Any suggestions on how to fix this.

    Need help getting this mod to run. 1- I am running wurm Unlimited on a hosted server 2- They have Ago's modloader set up on the server ( Wurm Modloader 0.18) 3- I have checked the command line and it is set to start wurm using modlauncher.jar (server hosts set that up) 4- I downloaded the upkeepcosts zip un zipped it and placed it in the mods folder under a folder I created upkeepcosts 5- both the jar file and the properties file are in the /mod/upkeepcosts folder 6- one extra note this is a server that was been running for 3 months with no deed upkeep 7- So my question is have I missed a step as when I start the game with deed upkeep checked it uses the default settings
  7. Here is how it happened. I was using my catapult to take out some fences as I needed to lower the land. Once the fence was gone I started to dig the dirt next to where the rock shards landed. As I lowered the dirt I noticed the rocks did not follow instead they stayed floating above the land. So I figure if I drop the dirt I had as a pile below the floating rocks it would update and place a resource crate on the ground below the floating rocks and place the rock in the crate with the dirt. Instead it created the crate in the air and place the dirt in the crate. I can add stuff to the crate if I drop it on the ground below it. If I try to open the crate I get the above message "You need to be on the same bridge in order to do that" I even tried just clicking take and get the same message.
