i am totally lost, have downloaded file 3 diff times and each time i try to open it i get, Application Not Found! message, do i have to unzip into another file or something?

Would love to see "moments of inspiration" while breeding,grooming,shearing,ect. Maybe add twins,mixed colors,champion, greater number of traits, etc.as chances on birth's. Grooming adds to taming skill with "moment" tic? Things of that nature for animal lovers/breeders. I'm still relatively new to game, some of this may be already in game and I just not know. Just an idea!
