  12. -1 Honestly I like the way you are thinking but that would twist and turn everything that a trader is and has always been used for. That said there could be an entirely different entity with a price between the personal merchant and trader that would do like u said lower the deed upkeep costs per month and that with some of what you stated here I would definitely +1. Good thinking
